I’ve been at Dwell for 18 months, and it has been a terrific place to live. The staff here are friendly and responsive, especially the maintenance team. The common areas are super clean and the grounds are well manicured. There’s a huge open field right on the property, a clean pool and clubhouse, and a wonderful courtyard with grills and bar tables. The apartments are not accessible from outside; it has interior hallways with nice artwork on all 4 floors.
So, why not 5 stars? It is way more expensive than other properties in the area, and even though this place is nice, I don’t think it justifies the price. The recycle and trash system is not convenient, and is a bit confusing to know what goes where. The walls between apartments are thin, so you will hear (and be heard by) your neighbors.
And one more thing that might seem small, but it’s a big problem for me: There are no charging stations for vehicles, and they made it very clear there are no plans to add anytime soon. So if you have an electric or hybrid car, or think you might want one soon, this is NOT the place for you. This will be a major deciding factor on whether I renew. I’d have no problem paying extra for these stations, and their interior parking garage seems well suited for outlets. It seems that an upscale place would be the first to take the plunge and make this improvement that will sooner or later be a routine expectation.
Even so, this place is a solid 3 stars.

Great place to live. Management team is outstanding, and quick to address and resolve any issues if they are to arise. I only had a couple maintenance requests that I submitted in the year I lived here, and the maintenance team was extremely quick and courteous to fix the issues.
Truly the only complaint I have is my neighbor who likes to play loud music and blast his speaker all hours of the day. In all fairness to management. I never complained to them regarding my loud neighbor. The rest of my neighbors were friendly.
Just watch out for the speeders who will hit you with their vehicle that work at the business behind Dwell and use Dwell driveway as a cut through.
The grounds and the amenities are great. Dwell is a pet friendly community. They do like to hold resident events, which is a good way to meet new people. Communication between the management and the residents are beyond awesome. They put out monthly news letter, hang little treats on your door.
Great environment and I am truly going to miss the place.

At first this place seemed awesome, but then you realize how these people nickel and dime you for EVERY little thing. Want a view of the pool, extra $ 70 bucks, want to park in the VERY empty multiple space garage, $ 70 bucks, have an extra pet, pay an additional $ 200 to the already $ 400 pet fee. Since when does my pet need a job to help pay rent basically? And they only allow one parking spot per household until you pay them more. Now I would understand this if there was limited parking… but there is nothing but an abundance of parking spots in the garage. And they if you don’t want to pay them that fee, there is like 10 spots out front you have to fight for. They force you to place this hideous parking pass on your car and if it wasn’t displayed they threaten to remove the car and recorded it for future monitoring purposes. I will never recommend this place to anyone ever again because they don’t respect the residents that are there paying overpriced rent as is and find a way to slap on these hidden fees.
