I’m not sure many people realize this location is here. I’m not a fan of dollar stores but I don’t mind going to this location. I avoid the Waterford location like the plague! My only complaint about this store is that its too junky! Whoever stocks the shelves needs training. Some items are difficult to get to especially of you’re vertically challenged. You will find random displays in the middle of the aisles which makes it hard to maneuver an shopping cart. The staff has always been friendly when I go in. They could sometimes use extra help though. Having only one cash register open is a bit absurd especially during holiday season.

I don’t know about you, but when I was growing up, admitting that you shopped at any kind of dollar store meant being made fun of for all eternity. Same thing applied if you were caught even browsing inside of a payless. These stores had such an unpopular image of carrying products and items of inferior quality and while part of that is true, there are awesome finds at dollar tree. I once got a huge bag of flax seeds, yup, for $ 1 unheard of! They sell sugar in the raw here, all kinds of frozen foods, breads, kitchen items, sometimes you even find name brand makeup here that’s not expired(make sure to check though) Like Maybeline and Physicians Formula that would normally cost $ 10 and up at CVS or Walgreens. Make no mistake; shopping here can definitely be worth your while.

Pretty much a typical Dollar tree — a decent range of items for only $ 1. The store was fairly organized and there were enough cashiers on duty so the wait for the checkout line wasn’t too long. The cashiers were friendly and attempted to greet everyone as they entered the store.

I think this store is really cool. So many toys and knick knacks and party favors can be found here. I really like that the store is really clean and well organized. It was crowded when I visited and I needed help. I did not get it, but I mean, it’s the dollar store. There is a lot of food here. A LOT of food, and a LOT of toys. Let’s just say my little nephews will be happy I stopped by.

Not in the greatest area and the whole plaza has tons of construction going on. The store front is being worked on, but the store is still open. It’s an ok store, but I don’t go unless I really need something.

This newer store is a bit hard to find if you don’t already know it’s there. Located next to the old Save Rite supermarket(now closed), next to the Goodwill store and tucked behind a McDonald’s, you won’t readily see it from busy East Colonial drive. This is one of the larger Dollar Tree stores, with groceries and frozen food. You can pick up brand name bread, including hot dog and hamburger buns for a dollar. Frozen french fries for a dollar. Sometimes they have Progresso or Campbells soups for a dollar. Of course they have the usual plates, glassware, party supplies, even helium balloons for a dollar. If you’re in Union Park and living on a low budget, you need this store.
