History

Established in 2007.

In 2007, Brown & Depp, LLC was established as a Private Investigation agency in Orlando, FL, after Pete Depp bought out the long-​established PI agency known as Brown & Associates. In 2009, Pete sold this business to one of his employees and the company became known as Brown & Divar, Inc. Since 2007, Pete has maintained a PI agency license as well as his individual PI license. Pete renamed his corporate identity to Depp & Associates, LLC and is now doing business as (d/​b/​a) Depp Investigative Group (DIG).

Business Owner

Upon retiring from the Federal Government in 2006, I relocated to Orlando, FL and took over a well-​established Private Investigation company. Having begun my career in law enforcement as a Police Officer in Apopka, FL in the mid-1970’s and retiring as the Assistant Special Agent in Charge of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Office of Inspector General (OIG), Investigations Division, Dallas (TX) Field Office, I have over 30 years of law enforcement /​investigative experience. I am a Contracted Due Process Vendor for the State of Florida through the Justice Administrative Commission (JAC) and have conducted capital murder and death penalty investigations.
