History
Established in 2008.
Dean, the CEO, was licensed in 2004, working as an individual agent. The business grew so much that by 2008 he added a Buyer’s Agent to the team, creating Dean and Company. Dean & Renee worked effortlessly and cultivated strong relationships with clients and networks that the business grew even more. By 2013, they had to hire another Buyer’s Agent and Assistant. The team continues to grow with the business in order to continue to provide the best service for our current, past, and future clients.

I started Real Estate during the first boom of 2004. I have survived that Boom and Bubble to get to the next 2010 – 2013 Boom as well. Since then I have a team of professionals that now are in business with me: Renee, Zee and Kristen. I am blessed to be surrounded with such talent! To know me is to know how much I love real estate and working with my clients. In my opinion real estate is all about relationships. The stronger the relationship the more you want to help your clients get what they want and need out of real estate, whether it is selling or buying as primary or investments.
Work hard and work smart and the rest is easy.
I have found that if you are not afraid to work hard, good things will come your way. The day you feel you know it all then it is time to quit the business. Every day you can learn more and the more you know the more you can help someone. Knowing it all is not required but try to know how to get them the information to be the source of the source.
