Extremely Professional! I called custom pest solutions when I moved into a new place and found that I wasn’t the only tenant. The owner came out to do an inspection to determine what I’d need and gave me a very reasonable quote for service 3−4times a year. Initial treatment was fast and the staff is always incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I am a bit of a worrier and called between scheduled treatment– they sent someone right over at no charge!

We’ve recently had all of our plumbing repiped in the house and have a lot of open dry wall so we started noticing more frequent sitings of roaches in various areas of the house. With the Florida heat and rain, occasional isn’t a big deal but it started becoming 3 – 5 per night. I looked online and found Custom Pest Solutions Inc’s website stating they were family-​owned and used eco-​friendly and pet-​friendly products. I called them us and they sent someone the next day to evaluate and treat our home. Shannon, who is also the owner, came out the first time and was very friendly and explained everything as I gave him the tour and pointed out the trouble areas. He made sure not to treat anything near by the dog area and was here for about an hour, inside and out. He explained that we would most likely require additional treatments but they were free of charge within the quarter once the quarter is paid. Over the next few days I found some dead roaches, but continued to see a few here and there, no where as frequent. After about 9 days, I called back for a second treatment and Lenny was at my house within the hour! I walked him through and he gave the house another very thorough treatment and explained he was also using a powder-​like substance which doesn’t disappear nor breakdown over time. He also explained that the treatments were eco/​pet-​friendly which put my mind at ease. He said to call back if I still see them after a week or so. For the past 3 days, I’ve found nothing but roaches belly up! Great company, extremely friendly and thorough and will continue to return until your problem is resolved without charging additional costs.
