For what we paid for I would never use these guys again. Way over priced. Customer service was awful. The sales woman/​designer Shannon needs to go back to design school. She basically installed a little nice version of the system were currently had in place. The coloring was not what we settled on. When it was time for install Shannon was hands off and really didn’t handle any issues. The only redeeming factor for this company was the installation guys. They were pleasant, nice and professional.

I am thrilled with the work Closets by Design completed in my closets and an office space in my new home. The designer took a detailed inventory of all of my stuff, and designed a great solution to store it all. The guys who came out to build the system were very nice and did a great job. I love my new closets and office — thank you Closets by Design!
