Café Noir was established by Chef/​owner Maggie Lazarre who is passionate about French food and everything French. Maggie chooses the freshest ingredients for her menu. This café is in the former Daily Express Deli & Grill.

Maggie Lazarre, owner of Café Noir in Winter Park, FL, is embarking on a culinary career after 20+ years in the nursing field. Her passion for fresh, healthy food coupled with excellent customer service skills are a winning combination for Café Noir’s success. Maggie lives in Clermont and is the mother of 3 adult children. In her spare time, she enjoys the beach, sunsets, classical music, playing piano and travel.

Best hash browns ever. Cut shoe string. Ask for extra crispy and done perfect!
Healthy options like real fruit and vegi smoothies.
An easy and quick place for lunch. All homemade food. Healthier options than the previous place that was here. Service is good and friendly.
I had the lunch combo. California wrap with soup and drink. It was good, seasoned well with a choice of different kinds of wraps. There were 3 choices of soup.
Winter Park needs more places like this that offers quick and healthy lunches without too many options that are too tempting to break a diet.

This place is such a little hidden gem, food is simple, delicious but most of all FRESH! All the food is made fresh in house and it’s super simple décor inside. So happy I stumbled across this place and could support a truly local business

Expense breakfast… Food is OK but not worth the price. Just like and other expensive Winter Park restaurant.
And don’t stay long.
When they first opened there was a banner advertising breakfast for $ 2.99.
The breakfast special was a good value for the price… Shortly after the new owner Ms Maggie increased the price by about 50%… So I searched for another place to eat… Now I go to Café Perks the same exact breakfast is $ 3.45 and they give a large portion.
Ms Maggie isn’t very friendly either she has a personality like a rock.
They also have free Internet but they don’t like you to use it long.

Love the smoothies!!! The Skin Tonic smoothie is amazing!!! All natural ingredients at a great price. Looks like a great breakfast spot although I haven’t had the chance to eat there I’m always on the go! Try it. I think you’ll be happy.

I’m surprised, now they’re trying to be a typical «winter park» breakfast place. Two eggs, bacon, coffee 10 bucks with tip! No thanks. It’s breakfast…

Maggie’s Ginger wings with rice was absolutely finger licking scrumptious – everyone must try this dish at least once. The peach cobbler was as good, if not better than my granny’s, and that’s nearly impossible! I really appreciated the fresh ingredients, I could taste fresh spices and fruits… yummy.
I highly recommend lunch at CAFE Noir!
