Michele Diglio-​Benkiran concentrates her practice in all aspects of business transactions including business sales, mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate, corporate compliance, corporate formation/​entity selection, contract drafting, review and negotiations, trademarks/​service marks, lender representation, and much more. Michele also assists individuals in real estate matters, wills, trusts, estate planning, mortgage modifications, debt settlement, short sales, foreclosure defense, title insurance, power of attorneys and other individual legal needs.

Michele has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1999. She is a member of the Business Law Section of the Florida Bar, Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar, Residential Real Estate & Industry Liaison Committee for the Real Property Section of the Florida Bar, and the Orange County Bar Association.
