Nice shop with lots of beautiful beads. The staff was very nice and friendly. They have a few charms, leather cord, chain, beaded chain, and some jewelry s/a bracelets. I really liked this shop, but I do think it’s a little pricey. I will visit again when I’m in the Orlando area.

A great store for people who make jewelry. They have a wide range of beads and jewelry making supplies. The staff is very friendly and helpful if you have any questions. The prices are reasonable and they have a great variety of colors.

This place is a beader’s paradise! It’s also a great place to fix your jewelry, which I have to do often! The staff will help you pick out the correct items you will need to fix your jewelry and help you fix it too. I enjoy just browsing because there are so many pretty beads! I took my two 16 yrs old boys and even they enjoyed looking around! I have enjoyed taking a class or two here. Sign up for the emails and you will know when the classes are held.

This was a fine bead store with a big selection of standard stock. Street parking and hard to «find» the store sign. We tried to hit every bead store(at least listed on line) in Orlando and this was absolutely the best option of the TWO we found.(We have better options in Lakeland and Brandon though.) They stated they were the first bead store IN Florida and noted four others have recently closed. They were friendly and knowledgeable. Their prices were high(by double of what we pay for wire and string). We weren’t given any reason to drive 50 miles to go there again. Great restaurant across the street!

If I was a «bead-aholic» like some of my friends, I would imagine this would be a haven for me. The bead bar on Edgewater seemed to have a very large selection, a friendly staff and a special room just for beading workshops. Among the hundreds of bead varieties, I did notice a Swarovski section along the back wall. They had pre-made jewelry pieces and everything one would need to create something on their own. The women behind the vast bead counters were very pleasant even though I didn’t make a purchase.

I took a beading class here a while back and had a good time with my friends. We all made bracelets, and were taught the basics like how to affix closures and some pattern work. The class was called Basic Stringing and Crimping, and it was $ 15 for an hour. The ladies were helpful and fun, and our instructor was really… REALLY passionate about beading. This, of course, made her an easy target for jokes. I’d apologize, but that’s what made that afternoon even more fun. Afterwards I was inspired to do some beading as gifts for friends. The beads in the class were kind of cheap looking, in the store they have a beautiful array of beads from gem stones to funky clay designs. It’s more than what you’d pay at a craft store, for sure, but you also have a wider variety of options. I’d give this more stars if I were more into beading. So read this as 3.5 — I’d go back but, you know… I haven’t.
