So, this place has potential if the owner would turn over the reigns and hire some staff to run the business while she is out. It appears that the owner has too much on her plate and is allowing this business to become an afterthought at times of schedule conflict. She is very kind and knowledgeable and has great equipment. But, as far as running a business they have a bit of improvement to make. I had an appointment booked a few days ago. When I showed up to the office, I was shocked to find the door locked. Their office hours start at 9 and my appointment was after that time so, I thought maybe they were inside but forgot to unlock the door. I called the office phone number on the business card and it forwarded me to the owners cell phone. She said she had her agenda clear(according to her assistant) and that another lady called her earlier with the same problem(an appointment scheduled that wasn’t on their calendar). Long story short, she said«mistakes happen» and that she couldn’t be there the day of my appointment due to work at the hospital. I asked when I could come in and confirmed today at 10 am. I arrive this morning for my 10 am appointment and the receptionist said that the owner wasn’t going to be in until 11 and she had no record of my appointment in the agenda/schedule. Now I am sitting in the waiting room. Honestly, if I hadn’t already paid, I would have gone somewhere else. Most places in Orlando match competitor pricing and honor their coupons!
