Avalon Massage & Health Spa

During my recent trip to Orlando I decided to try a bliss massage. I have had many different types of massages before but never a four hand massage. The team of Natalie and Suki worked together to give me one of the best massages I have ever had. The massage was both relaxing and hypnotic. I found myself drifting in and out of conciseness. When the session was over I felt like a new person. This was my third time at Avalon and it will not be my last, as Arnie says, «I’ll be back.»

There was a excelent service and masseuse is very friendly and very professional
She did great job and good things is not greedy for money and not force for tips ask me water and bathroom facility strt and end

Pretty disappointing. Extremely poor customer service. I was so upset with the service that I asked to speak to a manager and have yet to hear from one.

I purchased a groupon for a seaweed detox wrap and a chocolate wrap to use on vacation. It was easy enough to make an appointment and they are right on the second floor of the shopping center.
I arrived a few minutes early to fill out some paperwork and back I went! Rosana (?) was awesome. Even though I had never had a wrap before, she explained everything and put me right at ease. I came back the following day to get my other wrap and she was able to do it for me.
She was super nice and we got to chatting about all the Halloween stuff to do in the area as well as downtown. Definitely go see her; she is awesome! I’ll definitely be back again!

First of all its hard to find great places in Orlando that will make you really happy. The flow of customers will never stop so sales people are pushy and services are ok and most times over priced around here when it comes to food and massages.
But this place is out of the main stream location with great service, I walked in and receptionist was very friendly and not pushy at all, we talked for over 15mins to find the perfect package for me. She is telling me about the different masseuse available in which they have plenty to choose from since they like to fit you according to your needs such as if you need a strong masseuse, super friendly masseuse and even where they are from, Japan, Russia, Chile or even Brazil and that did not made me feel out of place but it made me feel good with great communication from the masseuse who really can keep up a conversation in which for me is a super plus.
Now the best part about this place is that after my massage they offered me a shower and a sauna and told me to sit back and relax at no extra cost… Again this place is good and not pushy to make money but its pushy to make you happy! I will came back and try all the masseuse and get the whole Avalon experience next time I come to Orlando for anything.
