History

Established in 2012.

I started window tinting here in Central Florida with a window tinting company off of Michigan and Mills, called Dr. Detail. Phil Hancock, is the owner and also an authorized Solar Gard dealer, with over 20 years experience. We have done many projects together, as he took me under his wing. I am directly involved with IWFC conventions, and tint-​offs. Today I am proud to announce the future of window tinting will be continued through the grand opening of Applied Art Tinting.

Business Owner

My name is Douglas Gomes. I am 33 yr. old father of two, who has been in Central Florida since 1993, when my parents moved me here from Rhode Island. I attended Southwest middle school, and graduated from Dr. Phillips high in 1998! My parents are from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. My mom runs her own business as a Mani-​Pedi specialist, and is also a devote Christian who volunteers at her church. My father is happily retired and lives in Saquarema, Brazil. Cheering on his favorite Brazilian soccer team Botafogo, lol!
