Ms. Janet began teaching dance in 1980 in the State of Virginia. She has many years of teaching experience and education in Performing Arts as well as Gymnastics, Fitness, Nutrition and Music. She has been recognized for her dedication and commitment to Orange County Community Action and 25 years of Dance Instruction at Orange County Community Center Programs.

My daughter has been a student at Applause since she was two and a half. Ms. Janet who runs the studio is a great teacher with a lot of patience and sincere interest in bettering every student. They have several options to interest everyone wanting to pursue dance instruction. Hip hop, tap, ballet, acro, as well as music lessons are all options at Applause. My daughter has a lot of poise and confidence which I can attribute in part to working with Ms. Janet.
