I’m going to be honest with you, most would probably give this welcome show/parade no more than 3 or 4 stars because it certainly isn’t the grandest show/parade Disney has ever done. However, I have this complete fascination/obsession with all things Frozen and there is absolutely nothing in my being which will allow me to give it less than 5 stars! If you also have this same fascination/obsession with Frozen, then you’ll also think it’s 5 star worthy and it’s certainly a «must-do!» With that said, this show/parade will only be going on through the remainder of Summer 2014(through September 1st). So, see it now, or it will be forever gone. This can only be seen once per day and it happens at 11am. It starts at the beginning of Hollywood Blvd and comes all the way down to Mickey’s Sorcerer’s Hat. There is a stage set up in front of the Sorcerer’s Hat and when the procession reaches this point, Elsa and Anna get out of their sleigh and onto the stage where they put on a little show. After the show, the parade moves on down towards the American Idol Experience area. The parade is just beautiful. Everyone is dressed in their winter best and you’ll see female ice skaters dressed all in white(ok, they are on roller skates) male skiers(ok, the skis are on rollerblades) and men with their ice picks putting on a show. Elsa and Anna are pulled in their sleigh by beautiful horses. You’ll also see a very handsome Kristoff on his very own float. Tip: For the best viewing, if you are staring straight at the stage, do not stand along with street to the left of the stage which goes to the American Idol Experience. Yes, you will get to see the entire parade, but you will not be able to see what is happening on stage. Also, as I mentioned, Elsa and Anna get out of the sleigh where the stage is and they do not get back into the sleigh. So, if you want to get a good view of them, you aren’t going to be able to standing on the route to the left of the stage. If you love parades, you’ll love this one(even though it is short). If you love Frozen, do not miss it. If your child loves Frozen, do not miss it! =)
