Literally the worst Pedicure I’ve ever gotten! Not clean! Avoid this place! Visited because of a Groupon, will NEVER return!

This place was awful. I called in the morning for an appointment at 6pm for four people. The lady promised that we could all be seen. They close at 7:30pm. I called at 5:55pm to say I was around the corner and a couple minutes late. She said she just sent two people home and could only see two people at a time. I’m standing here at 6:10 pm and the door is locked! We drove 30 minutes for this place! Terrible business!!!

I purchased a groupon for a mani/​pedi, and decided to use it this past weekend. I have mixed feelings about this place.
The good:
No wait time, I got right in at my appointment time
The actual pedicure was fine
The employees are friendly
Prices are very reasonable
Not so good:
Their licenses are not displayed anywhere
During the manicure, the tech used his own finger nail to get the polish from underneath my nail. That totally made me feel icked out, and is not sanitary at all.
The location isn’t the nicest
Overall, it was fine for using the Groupon, but I’m not sure I’ll be visiting again.
