Knowledge: We are experienced in the service and repair of most major brands of garage doors and openers including LiftMaster, Sears/​Craftsman, Chamberlain, Genie and Clopay. Price: We offer affordable rates and fair pricing. Integrity: We have never in our 16 years in business ever replaced a part that was not broken, worn or damaged. We are Broken Spring Specialists and can spring every size residential garage door. We carry all the common garage door and opener parts. This includes Rollers, Cables, Remotes/“Clickers”, Keypads, Gears (LiftMaster, Sears/​Craftsman, and Chamberlain), Limit switches & Genie carriages.

Called for a new opener in my new house and was put on the schedule for Friday. Waited… never showed up. He called later that day and said he forgot to put me on the schedule and that he would be out on Saturday (at a 10% discount and that I was he only customer on that day)…waited and waited… I called and NO RESPONSE!!! WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME! STAY AWAY!!!

Just bought a house and two of the rollers were off the track, so I called and set up an appointment for a Saturday morning, two days after closing and one day before moving in. There was no extra charge for Saturday service! I was also having carpet installed and appliances delivered that morning. Court called about a half hour prior to arrival to let me know he was on the way. About ten minutes before he arrived, I go into the garage and discover the rollers had already been put back on! I figure better safe than sorry and let a pro check it out. When Court arrived, I let him know what I discovered. He went ahead and checked out the entire system and ensured it was working properly. I expected to at least pay a service charge but Court refused payment because he didn’t fix anything, so he wouldn’t feel right charging me. What a guy! I know who I’m trusting with any future repairs!

My garage door torsion spring had broken and we had tried DIYing it, until we couldn’t get the cables tensioned. After a while, and lots of research, I found American Garage Door Solutions was someone I needed to call. Court, the owner, was extremely courteous over the phone and priced me a great quote. He gave a courtesy call 30 minutes before getting to the house.
When he arrived, he got into the job instantly and didn’t hesitate to inform me about all the details of how to fix the problem and how to maintain the system. He even further leveled the door. All of this quicker than I could have imagined. The price was exactly within the range that he quoted on the phone, a very good price for his service.
I would absolutely recommend Court and his business to anyone with problems with their garage door. His service is above and beyond!

Very impressed with this business. Court was our service technician and he was awesome. His professionalism was exceptional, from providing a courtesy call when he was on his way to his vast knowledge of garage doors, the service he provided was amazing. He was thorough and efficient and even better, the repair cost was unbelievably reasonable.

If you need your garage door fixed… LOOK NO FURTHER!!! I called on a Sunday evening and much to my surprise someone (the owner, Court) actually answered the phone. Once I explained the situation he immediately told me what the problem was and how much it would be to repair (very, very reasonable). We set up an appointment and he was there earlier than anticipated and he even called me to inform me that he was on the way! Court was my technician. He called me about 10 minutes prior to arrival to notify me that he’d almost be there. Very professional and you can definitely tell he knows what he’s doing. My garage door was a bit noisy, and he fixed the springs, lubricated different areas and replaced my rollers with nylon rollers. It definitely made a difference, I’m glad I purchased the deal and had my garage door checked out. Court adjusted things here and there and got things working much smoother.

Simply old-​fashioned quality customer service at a fair price.
Court called to say he could come a little early if that was convenient (and it was). He’s a very no-​nonsense guy. Quickly identified the problem, replaced the broken parts and did an overall «inspect and adjust» to ensure the garage door was in great working order. All for a price much less than I have paid in the past with other vendors.
What was particularly refreshing is that there wasn’t any suggestion that a new door or a new door opener or an annual maintenance contract or anything else was needed. This is on a garage door/​opener which is 17 years old.
I relied on the Unilocal reviews and was slightly skeptical … but what the others before me have posted is absolutely true.
This is 100% Customer Service like you very seldom experience any more.

Amazing customer service.
It’s sad how rare great customer service is these days, but it makes it that much more special when you do. I’ve had two garage emergencies in the last 6 months, both due to my shoddy builder install.
In both cases I called All American Garage and received stellar same day service. In the first instance on a work day my car was actually trapped in my garage. Court actually rearranged his schedule to come see me first so I could get to work on time. Who does that these days?
Onsite they have been professional with completely reasonable rates and both jobs were finished in about 30 – 45 minutes. I hope he is in business for a long time. I have found my garage repair man for good. Highly recommended.

Court (owner of All American Garage Door Solutions) is a guy that you WANT to open your garage door! Unbelievably nice, competent, professional and fair which is really saying something in this day & age. He did a wonderful and quick job repairing my garage door opener. Then, a few minutes after he had left, called me back to check on it one more time because he wasn’t sure whether he had sufficiently tightened the bolts on the track after re-​installing it. I mean, who does that these days!!!
After this experience, I would never consider using any other service for my garage door needs.

I really didn’t expect to get my garage door springs replaced as soon as I did. I called on a Friday, hoping to get them fixed the following week. The technician was at my home the following day, at 10am. On a holiday weekend, no less! And it took less than an hour. Now I don’t have to worry about my door falling on me, or my car. Or my garage door opener failing without the support of the springs. Thanks for your excellent and speedy service! Price was less than I expected also. Major plus!

I called after hours hoping to get my garage door promptly repaired and to my surprise they still answered the phone! Court was exceptional in answering any questions I had and arrived on-​time as scheduled. He even finished the job earlier than expected which was a nice benefit as I wasn’t to step away from work for very long. I called All American Garage Door after having a bad experience with Garage Door Repair Altamonte Springs (see review there). In contrast, Court at All American was honest and professional. He quoted me a price over the phone to replace broken springs and set up an appointment. He then called before the appointment to reconfirm and showed up on time. The final price was what he said it would be before he started work. He even helped to calibrate my atypical garage door opener to the new spring tension. His price was very fair. The other place I had called before, tried to raise their price to double after they arrived («oh it starts at that price but you need a higher gauge») and saw my car was stuck in the garage and the door was impossible to open with a broken spring.
