All About Beautiful Smiles

My experience at this office– and the following 3 months– was no less than horrific. I had some tooth sensitivity so I hopped on Unilocal,made a few calls and All About Beautiful Smiles not only had an appointment the next day but also had $ 25 off with a Unilocal check-​in!
After a long wait and a very odd tour of the office, I was seated with my hygienist. The doctor finally came in and had a quick look while chastising the awkward hygienist for the x-​rays. She requested several more of the mouth numbing x-​rays as he wasn’t able to get it quite right. The doctor finally accepted one, took a quick look and proceeded to tell me that I had 10 cavities… Wait, what?! 10? She strongly recommended that I take care of my cavities in the next week since I was leaving the country the following month. Dazed after a 3 hour dentist visit, gripping a $ 3,000 estimate and realizing they didn’t even provide me with the cleaning I wanted, I left the office.
I decided to get two second opinions and both declared that I had NO CAVITIES!!! NOT ONE! My new dentist even commented how well taken care of my teeth are. Absolutely shocking that this doctor had the gall to push me to unnecessary, ‘urgent’ surgery so that she could fund her new office in Dr. Phillips. Disgusting.
I wish this story was over. It took her office staff 3. MONTHS. to fill out my one page insurance form, even with the corresponding information included in the same email. Even then, they filled it out incorrectly, causing the reimbursement money going straight to them. HA! I emailed and phoned that office at least 30 times. No way we’re they getting my money.
Do yourself a favor and avoid these unorganized, money hungry, pathetic crooks! You’ll save a lot of time and money!

You get a tour of the facility on your first appointment. The staff is very friendly. If you do have to wait to be seen, they make your waiting experience pleasant with free beverages and other accommodations.

Dr. St. Matthew-​Daniel and all the staff at All About Beautiful Smiles are phenomenal! Before visiting her office, I was absolutely terrified of the dentist but after multiple visits here for routine cleaning, wisdom teeth extraction, and a problematic tooth, I don’t dread to going to the dentist now. Every procedure I’ve had done left me pain free! I really appreciate how attentive she and her staff is from email/​text reminders, during office visits, and post-​op. I honestly can’t say enough great things about this office and would recommend it to anyone in need of dental services!

I’ve been to over 20 dentists in my life and this is by far the best dentist I have ever been to. I was born with very small teeth and they are spaced very far apart. They’ve been bonded but it chips so easily and so I’ve been wanting veneers ever since I was a teenager. For the past 5 years I have been seriously looking at dentist in the Orlando area to finally get the veneers I have always wanted. I have extensively researched every dentist in Orlando and had consultations with probably 6 dentists specifically about veneers. A couple of these dentist were my primary dentist at one time.
And then it happened, I met Dr. St. Matthew-​Daniel. I scheduled a consultation in April to discuss veneers just like I had done soooo many times in the past. What she told me literally blew my mind. All of other other dentists I met with basically looked at my teeth, said oh that will be $ 6k or $ 7k for veneers… we will put 6 or 7 on and it’s an easy process. Dr. St. Matthew-​Daniel was completely different. She took x-​rays and pictures, and here is the best part … she told me what I ‘needed’ to hear, not what I ‘wanted’ to hear. I didn’t know what I didn’t know! In my mind I thought I just needed veneers on a few teeth and I would be on my merry way. Well what I didn’t know is that it’s not that simple. This is when she told me what no other dentist has ever told me. She recommended that I go to a periodontist and have a crown lengthening procedure which would give my veneers a much better appearance. I had never in my life looked at my gum line and at that moment I realized how uneven it was — I actually had a ‘gummy’ smile. This is not what I wanted to hear because it was more money but I trusted her because it wasn’t her doing the procedure so it’s not like she was up-​selling me on something. And… this is the best part… no other dentist I interviewed has the patient wear temporary veneers. Once the veneers are in that is it! Dr. St. Matthew– Daniel will not put the permanent ones in until you wear the temporaries for one month. She wants to make sure you are happy with them!
Fast forward to today, June 24. I have now had the Crown Lengthening Procedure and got my temporary veneers last Thursday, June 18. Let me just say this… I only have my temporaries on and I cried when I saw my teeth for the first time. The dentist took 7 hours with me to make sure the teeth and gums are correctly prepared for the veneers. And if I don’t like anything about them… she will correct them to make sure I am happy.
This has been a long process and I am glad I found this dentist. If you are looking for a dentist to tell you what you need to hear then this dentist is for you. I will post an update with a picture in a month once I get my permanent veneers.

Had a veneer that came off and was from out of town. Called and got an appt for 2 hours later. In another hour my veneer was fixed and looked better than before. Thanks Dr. Prices very reasonably too. Excellent experience! Too bad I don’t live

I had an amazing experience at All About Beautiful Smiles. I called first thing one morning (as a new patient), as I was having some discomfort and pain. They told me I could come in right away. I arrived around 8:30 once they opened. First of all, the inside of the office is adorable! Cute and a little glamorous — it definitely makes you feel comfortable at a dentist’s office. There is even a little station with coffee, tea, and fruit, free wi-​fi and phone charging stations. Alicia at the front desk was super sweet and helpful. Once they are ready to see you, they give you a tour of the office as a new patient. Once you are in the chair, they ask you some questions (which even include things such as «what do you like about your smile?»). Carla was the one who sat and went through the questions with me — super sweet! The hygienist (can’t remember her name, starts with an M) is amazingly sweet and informative as well. They are definitely all there to help you, make you feel comfortable, and get the best treatment. Dr. St. Matthew-​Daniel is also incredible. She is friendly, made me feel comfortable (which I did, the entire time I was there), and I felt very confident with the treatment I was getting. I had to return the next week for the second part of my treatment, and the service and experience was just as positive. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a great dental experience. Let me know if you need a referral as well!

Being a doctor myself, I like to see how other practices run. I was blown away by how fluid and patient friendly nature of her practice. From booking my appointment on the phone with Liz and sometimes Sarah, to getting my teeth cleaned by their excellent hygieneist Katie, to the expertise of Dr. St. Matthew-​Daniel, who welcomed me literally with open arms and who was clearly liked and respected by her staff. Went for a quick consultation for what I thought would have been a major surgery. However everyone here was very accommodating and went above and beyond to settle any of my concerns and make me feel comfortable!

This place is amazing! Let me give you some background… my last dental appointment was 15 years ago and it traumatized me. The dentist was extremely rough, the staff was rude and the service was poor. When I filled out the welcome packet at All About Beautiful Smiles, I expected something along those lines and boy was I wrong. Every staff members from the receptionist to dentist herself treated me with the highest respect and kindness. They handled me with kid gloves (due to my dental history) and respected my human response to the situation, especially Lana.
They educated me numerous times about interventions/​actions before they took place and explained the appropriate procedures I would need to achieve the goals I expressed. Samantha was amazing. She took her time and went over how to properly brush my teeth (with my specific dental dysfunctions in mind). I know, I know… I’m 30 but I was doing it all wrong. She never made me feel ashamed and was very patient with me.
After my workup was complete, Dr. St. Matthew-​Daniels came in with her mind-​blowing movie star smile and went further into my dental needs and expected outcomes. She was polite, hilarious and really made me feel at ease. I intend on going back to get the needed procedures and would recommend this establishment to anyone and everyone. Dr. St. Matthew-​Daniels has restored my faith in dentistry and with her help, I will be eating on the right side of my mouth again by the end of the year.
