I have dealt with replacing a few roofs in my lifetime and it’s always a hassle at some point. This time, I was so stressed out and really in a bad spot with a leaky roof due to having an elderly bedridden parent in the home that had just come home from the hospital and the insurance company was giving me major trouble on my claim. AHS came out, looked at my roof and took care of everything for me, including the insurance company. I now have a gorgeous new roof on my home and couldn’t be happier. AHS was by far the best that I have ever dealt with. Anytime there was a problem or I had a concern all I had to do was call and it was taken care of as soon as possible. The head of the roofing division was so kind and answered all my questions and concerns. I know I drove him nuts throughout the process but he was so patient with me and never made me feel that I was being overly anxious, he even checked up on the crews here and there to make sure everything was going smoothly. They were very honest, hardworking, their customer service was phenomenal, they were punctual, detail oriented in their work and even made sure to clean up all the nails out of the yard afterwards (I have three outside dogs.) Best of all, the finished product completely gave my home a beautiful facelift. I was so impressed! I would definitely recommend them to all my family and friends.
