Accurate Mobile RV Service and Repair

I contacted Ben regarding my RV’s rooftop AC unit not cooling properly. He promptly came to where I store my trailer and diagnosed the problem. He determined that the compressor was weak. I have an extended warranty on my trailer and he was authorized by the warranty company/​factory to do the job of replacing the defective AC unit. He is well versed in all issues related to repairs and maintenance of RV’s and I had him make some other minor repairs to wiring, door handles, and he installed an amplified digital TV antenna of the roof. I now have a flawless picture and I am very pleased. I would recommend Ben to anyone that needs RV repairs and doesn’t want the hassle of leaving it at the dealer. 5 Stars

The last review was really strange… but I called Ben to fix my ice maker. Got lucky because he was great! Took him 10 mins to figure out the problem. He’s well connected with local suppliers and support people for diagnostics. I had to replace the ice maker and he had it for me the next day. Very reasonable rates as well. He even followed up with a QA call to make sure everything was working OK. He will get ALL by business from now on. Thanks!

This review is based on a phone call I had with the owner today. I called in because I was pretty sure my water heater was busted and needed replacing. He told me it was $ 95 to come out and would take him an hour to repair, if it could be repaired.
I told him that we are leaving on Thursday (four days away) and asked, if it needs replacing would he be able to have that done before we leave. That was the moment he got really snarky and frustrated with me. It was a simple question though. A repair is more time fluctuant than a replacement. If he could quote me on a time for a repair (something that has more factors to consider) but not a replacement (take it out, put it in) then why bother following through with this company. It wasn’t a hard question. I was just asking, does he carry the part and can a replacement be done. His attitude and way he flippantly responded made me want to hang up and just wait until our next location. Because, honestly, it’s the first impression that will tell all about a company/​the owner and how they do business. I will not be doing business with them.
