AAA Insta-Move

First experience with movers and let me tell you. These guys are good… I asked for three sine all the heavy furniture was on the second floor… They laughed and said «no problem». Everyone was very friendly and professional but laughed at my bad jokes anyway. Their attention to detail was appreciated. They wrapped and protected things that I would normally just toss in the back seat! They did stop until I verified everything was in place and they gave me options to move things around if I wanted. Took all of three hours but it was with it… I highly recommend you ask for Nelson, Jay and Rafael. They do excellent work and work hard

I’ve used AAA Insta-​Move twice since my aunt’s passing in Dec. Ryan and Jose are the BEST! Arrived on time, courteous, always looking out for the customer’s needs, and doing the work with no complaints and very efficiently. There is no one else I will ever use while I have business in this area, and I will always request Ryan and Jose. Thanks guys! You have made difficult tasks so much easier for me. I’ve had very short time-​frames and Stan has always worked with me to try to meet emergency needs. I would highly recommend this company.

I used AAA insta-​Move this past weekend and I would give them 10 stars if available. They arrived earlier than the time quoted, and called ahead to let me know they were ahead of schedule and the 2 men went right to work. They were super careful with some antique furniture and worked fast and efficiently. They didn’t stop until the job was done and I was satisfied. They were very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. Worth every penny! Highly recommend!

Exceptional Service! I requested a quote from local movers on
in the Kissimmee area. I researched all of the companies online. AAA Insta-​Move has an A rating on BBB and has outstanding reviews online on several sites. Stan was very prompt and friendly in all emails and phone calls in dealing with quote and scheduling. Called the day before as promised to confirm. Movers, Joe and Lenny, were extremely personable and professional. Loaded, transported and unloaded in just under the two hour quoted time. They were even done with previous job so were an hour early then estimated start time! Took great care of our things and will definitely recommend them and use them again!

The did a good job but took double the expected time quoted. Could have moved a little quicker. This is the first time I have you used a mover but prob won’t use them again in future.

Great job, the movers didn’t take their time. Finished my entire move in 2 hours as originally quoted. Very happy with the professionalism of the two movers.

I used AAA Insta-​Move this past weekend. They were efficient, honest and didn’t try to give me the run around. I couldn’t have been happier with the service! Moving is such a stress and you feel like you are throwing money away no matter what — so it was nice to work with honest, hardworking guys! They outline everything in advance in detail so there are no hidden charges. They start charging when they arrive at your house and end when they leave your new place. They take credit card on site which makes it quick and easy.

I picked these guys on a Unilocaler’s recommendation, and I was not disappointed! I compared this company to two others before making my selection, and these guys seemed the most reasonable. They charge $ 89 an hour and the minimum for a move is $ 267. That covers the travel time, mileage, hours spent, etc. If you go above that time-​wise, they charge for each 15 minute increment. So if you don’t use the whole 3^rd hour, you aren’t charged for the entire hour.
They moved us this week from a 1^st floor apartment to a 1 story house. Two guys arrived on time and immediately got to work putting our furniture and boxes in the truck! They had a difficult job and managed to get everything done in less than 3 hours. They were very neat and polite, careful with our furniture, and completely lived up to our expectations. I was amazed at the amount of work they did in such a short time. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for movers.

Moved this week from a 3^rd FL apt to a 1^st floor house. I have been in FL 10 years and have moved 6 times and only used a mover 1 time and that was because he was my friend’s uncle but since then the moving co. has gone out of business. So, since this was a pretty hefty move for me and I have a hectic schedule, I went with a moving company.
Only did a little research as I had to choose quickly and Orlando Unilocalers have not done many moving company reviews… Yet!
A huge plus was it was a holiday and there was no additional charge. There was a flat rate for the first 2 hours which included the truck, gas etc. Then it was ~$ 71 each additional hour. They started at 8:15am and were complete by 12:30pm.
They were extremely nice and personable, it was really a great delight to work with them. They took direction great and didn’t take any breaks and think about how flippin’ hot it is in FL. They took care of all the items with care and everything was delivered unharmed =)
They really made the move so much less stressful than moves really are. While they were moving I was cleaning so it saved me SO MUCH time!
I really recommend this company from the experience I have had. They are certified of course which is essential as well.
One note: They did smoke outside while moving some things and I was a little worried about that since I am completely against smoking but I was so worried about getting things done so I didn’t even say anything. I am sure they would have avoided it if I had said something but I wish they were a little more aware of their surroundings as they were handling my persona items.
