We have been bringing our lab, Zoey, here for the last 6 years. The staff is amazing. When we pull up in front and our puppy sees where we are, she gets excited! They provide information on how her stay was when we pick her up and are always available via telephone. Highly highly recommend the Pet Palace!

This place is as good as it gets. I’ve been taking my lab/​husky here for the last 8 years. They are always accommodating and my baby always comes home tuckered out from her playtimes during her ‘resort’ stay. She’s stayed there for as little as 1 night and as many as 2 weeks. She is always happy going and is excited to see Doug and the team there. They really care for my furbaby and treat her as their own. Thank you.

OVERALL: Small business that puts the customer first and genuinely cares about the pets they watch over.
We purchased the «Gold Package» for $ 27.50 per nights which included as many walks as she needed and 2 hours of supervised «playtime» with the other dogs that are staying there. The owner was very patient and was happy to answer all of my questions. He also encourages first time customers to drop off their pet for a free day of «daycare» so they can get used to the place before they stay for a weekend.
Our 4-​year old Shepherd stayed for a long weekend and she was very well cared for during her stay. We had a great peace-​of-​mind while we were away and will definitely be back.
