I have had my hair styled for a wedding by Rita a little over two years ago, and my hair cut by Jerry just yesterday, and both are very professional, friendly, and awesome at what they do. I am very finicky with my hair and don’t entrust it to many people, but after hearing great things about these two from family and friends, I went in and was very happy with their work. I’ve seen salons charge upwards of $ 40 for cuts like mine, and over $ 50 for updos, but Dina’s Cuts is a steal at $ 7.99 for a cut and $ 30 – 40 for an updo(it’s been a few years, so the exact price for updo has left my memory). Thank you for the great new look!

I use to get my hair done by Christina but now she’s gone, so I decided to give it a try with out her there. Let’s keep in mind that I’m really picky with my hair, and I don’t let anybody to just cut my hair, but my brother came 2 weeks ago and got his hair done by a guy and told me how good he was so I gave it a try. I need it a new hair style but my hair is so thick and wavy that it’s impossible to do any style. He told me what he was gonna do with my hair and believe it or not, the hair style he told me he was gonna do on me came out perfect. I never got something done like that because I was scare that I was never gonna pull it off but I did and looks amazing. I don’t tell people my business but I felt comfortable with him and told him that I had dandruff and he recommended me tea tree oil(added 50 – 75 drops in my shampoo. I’m going to use it tonight and hopefully this will help! You can buy it at whole foods for $ 15)I’m trying to do a different hair style and he told me he was gonna help me to get there but first we should go slowly, now I can’t wait for the next step and hopefully get the style I wanted for so long and if I can’t pull it off then il stick with this style I have now because everyone likes it. This is my 8 – 9 month coming to this salon and I like it. Affordable price and great staff! Everyone is smiling and in a good mood. The wait time is perfect, I have never waited more than 15 min!!! I think his name was jerry or cherry lol I think Jerry since he’s a guy but seriously give it a try and you won’t regret it!

Nice cozy salon. The staff is very pleasant and welcoming. I had Jerry cut my hair and he does a great job! If you’re in the area and need a cut or color come on in and ask for Jerry!

I couldn’t give half a star. The older lady, twice now, had messed up people’s haircuts. She is jusy a horrible stylist, no sense of fashion for hair. It’s like you have to tell her how to do her own job. The cuts are cheap, but everything else is over priced for the lack of professionalism that they neglect.

One of the worst haircuts I have ever gotten. My hair cutter, Carmen, was rude. I told her to cut off 2 inches and came home about 6 inches shorter. I told her I wanted side bangs, and she immediately cut me emo bangs that were hanging about 4 inches below my eyes and I couldn’t even see. When I told her, a little shorter, I can’t even see, she yelled at me saying«Why did you even tell me you wanted side bangs, this is what they are, I guess you want this» and proceeded to cut my bangs above my eyebrow, straight across. They are absolutely hideous. She never even fixed the botched«side bangs», so now one side of my hair looks completely different from the other(the layers don’t match). I think a 5 year old with a pair of scissors could have given me a better cut. Second, my sister came for a 7.99 hair cut and ended up paying 35 bucks. Why? After getting her hair cut, the stylist asked if she wanted her hair curled or styled. My sister said no, just a quick blow dry since her hair was still wet from the wash. She spent 5 minutes blow drying, no styling or curling whatsoever. When my sister went to pay, they tried to charge her $ 27 for a «long hair style». My sister objected, saying she DIDN’T want a hair style and her hair was only blow dried for a couple of minutes. The boss ended up charging her 20 instead of 27 as retribution. Unacceptable!

Don’t bother unless you want run-of the mill cookie cutter cuts. I have been to 2 different stores in this chain and had the same experience at both. If you tell them what you want,(i.e. a trim and how much), they nod their head and say sure but then go ahead and cut it the way THEY want. Two bad results is enough. I’m NOT going back.
