Comcast Service Center

I wish there was an option for 0 stars. I have been paying for service for a month. I have been on the phone an hour a day for a month. I have been repeatedly told that technicians knew what the issue was and they were going to fix it. I have repeatedly made appointments for this and taken 5 days off of work. No one has actually shown up to perform the repair. Every time they say they did. Today they told me they were there right now, but it didn’t look like I was home, meanwhile I was standing at my front door. No one was there. I cant believe anyone would treat their customer like this.

Ridiculous & horrible! Huge line of customers waiting to do YOU a favor of returning YOUR cable box with just one customer representative?! Out of 5 stations? Are you kidding me? Wasn’t even enough seats for everyone, saw elderly just standing there impatiently:(

Worst customer service and I’m not blaming the workers. The management does a poor job of staffing. There are over 30 people waiting and only two customer service representatives are working. How can you run a billion dollar company and charge the customers all of this money and have them waiting hours just to turn in the cable box.

Absolutely awful. Online and when I called all state that the hours of operation are until 6p. When you arrive the doors are locked because they are closed at 5p. If you gain entry the associates will say they won’t help you because they want to go home. They were rude, uninformed and terrible to deal with.

My internet hasn’t been working for the past few days… Like what the fuck? This happens all the time, and they all say the same thing. You need a new motor (or whatever it’s called). I’ve had 3 since I’ve been in this house (around 5 years). And the last time the guy came out and didn’t even do the wiring right. We still paid for his bitch-​ass to come out too for nothing. If I pay for something I should get it. So where the fuck is my internet?!

gave them 1 star because I could not find negative numbers.
We signed up for $ 79.99 which included DVR and install.
They charged us for the install, did not and will not give a the dvr unless we pay more.
Then our 79.99 monthly bill is $ 1667.95 a month, and we still do not get the dvr and have to pay for install.
You would think people would need a gun to rob you like this.

During recent power outage our modem never really came back and then crashed.
My husband spent hours on the phone with tech.
Finally the tech told him to bring it back here and they would be open until 6:00.
We got here at 12:59 and a rude woman was letting people but not in. My husband explained that we were here just to exchange modem at tech’s directive and that it wasn’t 1:00.
She replied that if he touched the door she would call the police.
Awesome.
Bad information and rude clerks make for one awful experience.
Comcast has a well deserved reputation for horrible customer service. But they don’t care. I am writing this to make myself feel better.
May they receive the same level of courtesy and professional service that they provide. I know they have a monopoly and don’t care but I am hoping that goes around comes around for them.

Single handedly the worst business I have ever dealt with in my 40 Years on earth. The government needs to step in and break up the Comcast monopoly! My frustration can not be put into appropriate language for the public.

Cable went out last night. Called this morning and spent an hour with a service representative Cable still not working. The earliest they are planning on sending someone out is next Monday. Almost a week without service. Horrible response.

Long wait.2 people working, OLD PEOPLE TOO!
