History

Established in 1999.

Cambridge was started in November of 1999 by Constance Macon. Constance had a 20 year background in property management with the firm of Southwick Properties Inc. Cambridge is experienced in the management of Condominium, residential, retail, commercial and industrial properties. We have experienced professionals devoted to providing excellent service in the management of your property. We are licensed and Bonded. We offer low cost maintenance by our own staff and are thorough in bidding out maintenance items as well as extensive construction projects. We offer accurate and concise financial reporting tailored to your needs. It is our goal to deliver these services with the highest business integrity and professional ethics.

Business Owner

Constance had a 20 year background in property management with the firm of Southwick Properties Inc. During this period she was in charge of property management working with the developers of the property from ground breaking to full occupancy as Vice President of the firm. In addition to being a real estate broker in the state (s) of Illinois and Indiana, Connie has also earned the real estate designations of CPM from the Institute of Real Estate Management and RPA from the BOMI Institute. Connie is also a BOMI International instructor and is licensed as a Community Association Manager from the state of Illinois. Cambridge Management is also very honored to also be recognized as Women Business Certification, WBE, from the Cook County Board of Illinois.
