I see individuals and couples in my private practice. I have been practicing for over 25 years and I have been trained in EFT and EMDR. Common issues that I offer services for: Couples, Pre-​Marital Counseling, Relationship Issues, Parenting, Anxiety and Stress, Depression, Life Transitions, Recovery, Grief Therapy and Spiritual Growth. I am also available to speak or teach on the above subjects.

Established in 1994.

I have been counseling for over 25 years and licensed since 1994. I have worked at Grief Counseling Center, Catholic Charities, Director of a Divorce Recovery Workshop. I graduated from Cal, and then received my Masters in Counseling Psychology from Dominican University. I continue to receive ongoing training. I grew up in Orinda (maiden name is de Laveaga) and live here now with my husband of over 40 years. I have three grown sons, and seven grandchildren. My life experience has greatly enhanced the work I do as a psychotherapist.
