History

Established in 1997.

Before Martins Collision Repair, Sergio Martins worked for a major insurance company and Ori Martins worked for an auto body repair shop. These two brothers often discussed their jobs together, and had an idea to open an auto body repair shop that would focus on providing the best customer service while having the ability to handle all insurance claims. In 1997, the two brothers saw the opportunity to make their ideas a reality. They took a chance by buying their own shop and on November 1st, they opened Martins Collision Repair. Today we continue to work hard to provide quality repairs, the service that our customers deserve, and to earn the trust of insurance companies.

These guys are good! My garage door malfunctioned and closed on the spoiler of my brand new Tesla S and left some deep scratches. I was worried that they could not match the paint etc. The car came back I think prettier than before. Not a scratch or swirl and matched perfectly. Besides they were super good to work with, friendly and personable from the front desk to the technician and even the driver who took me home after dropping the car off. I hope I never need another repair but if I do, this is where I will go.

I got in a crash, they took my car in immediately and fixed it up pretty fast! They called me every other day to keep me updated on what they were doing. My car looked brand new when I got it back. The lady that worked with me was amazing as well, super sweet!

I’ve used martins for two different accident repairs and they are so wonderful to work with. They truly do the job responsibly and do beautiful work. I have never had to return for any touch ups or fixes after my original repair was complete. They do the job timely and are kind and friendly and very easy to work with. They take the misery out of the accident!

Why isn’t there a higher rating then 5 Stars???
Went to Martins with my tired impatient children expecting a long drawn out visit (because that’s how it usually goes at these places). I was immediately greeted with a friendly smile who went to work on helping me and my children get comfortable comfortable (snacks, drinks, and their favorite show! I forgot where I was for a minute!).
I met one of the owners, Thiago, who isn’t out playing golf — he is available and actively involved everyday (another IMPRESSED moment). He genuinely cares about each and every person that walks in the door. I met quite a few people during my visit and everyone was the same. The quality was way above what I expected. Their work is of the highest quality, using the state of art equipment and they work FAST.
I knew my car was going to be an issue and they never once seemed annoyed or irritated. It was always — no problem and don’t worry we’ll take care of it.
Seriously save yourself the time the headache — if you need auto body repair, don’t even hesitate — Go To Martins!

AVOID AT ALL COST!
There are plenty of body shops and this one has the big expensive building on state for a reason — they will do anything to take your money.
I was told 3 days for my repair — they took 6.
I was told to come pick up my vehicle 3 times — was finally ready the last trip I made.
They kept me in a rental over a holiday weekend because they kept delaying the repair, lied to the insurer and the CC company saying the vehicle was ready.
Truth is, I waited around at my office until late Fri (wanted to leave early) and went to pick up my car at 6pm. It wasn’t ready so they asked me to come back Mon. I made it very clear the insurer was only paying for 3 days of rental insurance. Long story… in the end our car was hit, Martin’s delayed the repair and I’m stuck with a $ 150 rental car bill. They have lied about the situation and left a sour taste in my mouth.
