Absolutely disappointed with their service.
Have a job interview tomorrow and went in there today to pick up my suit that they said would be ready today after 5:30. They said the boiler was broken and my suit would not be ready tomorrow. It’s too late!
What upsets me is that they didn’t even bother to call or anything. It would have been nice to know sooner so that I could have made arrangements.
Customer Service Fail! I should have gone somewhere else.
