When Caring Really Counts.
In business since 2003, all of our flood mitigation technicians are WRT certified with the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification (IICRC).
Not only do we have the best-trained technicians and state-of-the-art equipment, but we are different from other cleanup companies in that we truly care about helping our customers get through this extremely difficult situation with as little stress as possible by taking care of insurance claims and treating their families’ needs and belongings with respect and sympathy. Not only do we treat our customers like family, but our entire company strives to be good neighbors by participating in and sponsoring a variety of community causes and events. There are many reasons why 60% of our business comes from referrals: but we are most proud of our good character and commitment to easing the worries and concerns of our customers. We live flood cleanup, fire and soot cleanup so you don’t have to.
Meet the Business Owner
Mike F.
Business Owner
Mike Fisher is the owner of 24 Hr. Flood & Fire Response Inc., a water damage restoration company. Nearly 13 years ago he decided his true passion was to create a company of his own where he could focus on «making things better.» He knows how important getting the job done right means to everyone involved in the transaction. He says, «We often are called to a home on one of the worst days of that homeowners’ life, and we all appreciate the opportunity to feel that we just made things easier for someone.» A nice thing about owning your own company is that you can surround yourself with people that you respect and enjoy.
A quick call to 24 Hr. Flood Response when you have a flooded basement can alleviate a lot of suffering. First of all, they are experienced in helping you call your insurance company, using correct terminology to avoid any confusion or delays in coverage. We have maintained our goal in building a company that is worthy of receiving referrals from each of our clients!
