History

Established in 2014.

Trio Hospitality was founded by three industry veterans looking to break beyond the norm of institutional food service. With over 75 years of combined experience in every facet of the food service and hospitality industries, we bring the same high-​end expectations of a demanding catering client to our school cafes and cafeterias.

Meet the Business Owner

Lisa Q.

Business Owner

Co-​owner and Executive Chef Lisa is a graduate of the California Culinary Academy. She brings over twenty years of culinary and food service management experience. For the last eleven years, Lisa has directed the food service operations at various schools at the elementary, secondary, and community college levels. She has managed kitchens both small and large, supervising as many as 40 employees and volunteers. Prior to her institutional experience, Lisa was the co-​owner and pastry chef of Ivy House Restaurant in Portland for seven years, earning her the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence.
