Servplus truly helped us out when we had a major sewer leak in our crawl space. It was some pretty nasty stuff and the guys with SP were at our house within an hour of my calling and started the job immediately.
While I don’t have a major frame of reference on good rates for sewage removal, I think they gave us a fair price considering the size of our problem. Also, they were great working with our homeowners insurance to ensure we didn’t pay more than we had to.
It’s disappointing to see that a reviewer found their employees to be untrustworthy. Since our project took multiple days to clean up, SP’s guys were at our house when I wasn’t home and they were always respectful, clean and professional.
All-​in-​all, I would absolutely recommend Serv Plus to handle your yucky sewer problems.

There was a hole in my sewer pipe under the house and the sewer line backed up… the result being a stomach-​turning mess of raw sewage under my rental house! I was referred to Servplus by my trusted plumber (Evenflo Plumbing of Corvallis). The Servplus people were on the site within hours and cleaned it all up, including scraping out contaminated soil and removing contaminated insulation under the house. They sanitized everything, installed a new vapor barrier, and left fans and dehydrators running for about a week. The plumbers fixed the sewer pipe and we’re back in business. The price was reasonable for the very nasty and difficult work these guys do. Their technician called me each time they were heading to check on the site to take readings of humidity, etc. Very professional and good customer service.

I DO NOT recommend this company. The customer service is nonexistant. We never got a bid nor contract on paper (despite multiple requests). We were told we can do 0% payment plan to be told later that the whole amount is due upon completion! We managed to work something out, but it was NOT what we were told.
We called another company to finish the job, but Servplus wanted us to pay for the whole project. They lowered the invoice only after multiple e-​mails and weeks of negotiations. Unacceptable and unprofessional. STAY AWAY!

Our property management company has used ServPlus twice. We got quotes from other companies that do the same thing. ServPlus is about %30 cheaper and they do a fantastic job! The first time we had a sewer line break under a building with 16 units and we called out a plumber. They could not get under the building to fix the issue due to the sewage. We were in such a panic and didn’t know what to do. We were literally crying because the smell was so bad and our plumber dialed a number and handed me the phone. ServPro was out to look at it in 20 minutes. They were so friendly and efficient that we recently had no hesitation when we had another issue at one of our other properties. Both times they got the area so clean and re-​protected there is no way you would ever know there was an issue. They even gave our tenants air scrubbers to use so they could breath fresh air!

company was fast to respond to our frozen pipe issue. They were very professional and friendly, and the team we got looked like they all got along great and enjoyed their job.
On another note, their paperwork barely got to the insurance to look over and they were bothering us many times for payment. i finially got the itemizd bill, and they tried to sneak in a haul away and dump fee, when we provided the dumpster. I called the company and they are removing the charge, but again bothered me for payment over the phone. My insurance agent advised to get the check from them first and then pay the company, so this should be paid in full this week.

I do not recomend this company for the sole fact that they have un-​honest people working for them, we had them out to clean under are home and ended up getting our storage shed rummaged thru, and some property stolen while we were not home. I know for a fact it was one of the workers just do not have proof.

They moved to Pope Street though I think. I had a water heater leak in the Winter, and they helped out the situation quite a bit. They were all very friendly and prompt. The equipment was in my home for awhile, but that was because there was yet another leak. There were a couple of small glitches with them along the way, but the owner was fair and reasonable. So, I’d call them again if ever I had a problem. They are literally right across the river from me. In talking to many of the employees, they seemed happy there and liked the owner a lot. The ladies in the front office were very kind and friendly as well. Customer service is very important to me. and I liked this company because of that.

Such terrible customer service. They were a nightmare to deal with and I would rather watch my house sink into the ground than call them again. They repeatedly harassed us on the phone rather than calling our insurance company (who they promised they would deal with). I can’t state strongly enough how bad they were to interact with.

I was selling a rental home last May, in Eugene. The pest & dry rot inspection turned up a cattery under the house (courtesy of damaged and missing vent screens, lesson learned) which made it a litter box on steroids.
I requested quotes to clean and replace vapor barrier from three firms. ServPlus wasn’t the cheapest but they were the fastest responders… AND they had a financing option, 25% down and six months 0% on the balance. I chose them to do the work, and it was done within a few days. I was impressed with the fact that their work included major crawl space exhaust ventilation (I think positive pressure was the term) for 48 hours or more to clear the old cat-​spray fumes (probably also prior rat nest, too!), a microbial disinfectant spray, and further forced exhaust. They were good to deal with and a huge relief to me.

Later in the selling process, a whole house inspection reported «bunched up vapor barrier» with some consequently bare earth areas in the crawl space. My maintenance man was already tending another matter sub-​floor, so I just paid him to correct the problem. And the house sold, as I needed it to happen.

It was a while before I had occasion to make contact with the ServPlus office again (just making certain I had correct numbers to finish up my extended payment period). As a point of information, I mentioned to the gent on the phone about the re-​work of vapor barrier that I’d had to pay for… and I received, without ANY ado or required proof, a substantial credit to my account.
I’m impressed. Good job, good policy, good after-​care. Wow.
