Worst salon experience! Wendy did my nails done two days ago and they have already cracked. Let me just start by saying, I get solar nails done every 2 – 3 weeks. I’m not getting the basic $ 35 sets, I pay at least $ 50 per set plus tip. During removal, I prefer the nail tech to use acetone and grind the solar color off. Wendy just started ripping my nails off and when I let her know that she was hurting me and requested she grind them, I was told that would take 45 minutes and she didn’t want to do it. I should have listened to my instinct and left the salon then but instead I gave her the benefit of doubt and let her finish them. My nails were all different, my thumb nails were significantly shorter than the rest of the nails and she was just going to leave it that way. I literally had to coach her the whole way or I was going to leave with some jacked up finger nails. When I got home I noticed that the width of my thumb nails weren’t the same so I had to go back in and try to get her to fix it. When I went in she told me that she had never done coffin shaped nails before. Earlier in the day, a lady requested the same coffin shape nails Wendy had just done for her friend previously. I’m confused why she would blatantly lie to my face. She is a certified nail technician, there is no reason for my nails to not be uniform. Also, if shes not confident in doing a particular nail shape then she probably shouldn’t have charged me as much as she did. I was referred to Wendy by my boyfriends Mom so I really would have loved to give her my business. Extremely unfortunate.

The acrylic is sub par I have bubbles in the acrylic on all of my nails. My nail tech seemed more interested in the soap opera playing on the television, than doing a good job or being not snooty. I had to re file my nails at home because the tech left hard ridges near my cuticles.
I am taking my business elsewhere.

I really love this salon. It’s always easy to obtain services as a walk-​in. The technicians are efficient and thorough. The salon is clean and a good atmosphere. I have finally found a «home» for a great mani/​pedi!

I went for my first time&Wendy is definitely talented but she rushed through it. My one thumb nail is a lot longer then the rest, and my nails are very thick. I will go back, just need to pay closer attn. For $ 70, it wasnt a great job. She also burned my eye brow while waxing. So I don’t think ill get a wax there again. $ 56 for the nails and $ 8 for the eye brow wax.

I’ve been going to Wendy for nearly 15 years and she continues to amaze me with her amazing work! I highly recommend Nails 4 us!

I have always received the best service. They do the most amazing designs on both nails and toes. High recommend. Prices they are not the cheapest in town but you get your money’s worth.

Dirty tools! I watched in horror as the lady took a used scrubber and s rubbed
feet they use the same hot wax for everyones feet. Dirty and unsterilezed tools were used to. cut my cuticles. I found out that they are suppose yo get all your info when you come
.get a manicure or pedicure (its the law) that way if they get violations the health department can contact you. That didn’t happen. they didn’t even
. I am so scared im. gonna get some kind of fungus now! Yuck won’t go. back and id be afraid to go. if I were you. too

Just left this salon and do not have one nice thing to say about it. Went in to get a simple fill, the woman doing my nails acted like I was wasting her time and like she did not want me there. She only spoke to me to say «pay me now.» My nails look so awful I’m about to stop and the store again and paint over them!

The only place to go to get your nails done. Wendy and Amy do amazing work. I have never broken a nail and get nothing but compliments from people all day. This is definitely the place to go.

I’ll never go back. This was my first nail salon ever. I went in and had acrylic nails put on. Then i asked my husband for a gift certificate for my Birthday. He went in and bought me a $ 100 GC. The next week i went back for a polish color change. I went to pay with my $ 100 GC and she doesn’t want to use it. She wants me to pay cash. Her exact words were «YOU NO HAVE $ 5???» Now why would i pay $ 5 cash when I have a $ 100 gift certificate? So basically i was stuck using this place for quite some time til my gc ran out. I experienced pain and bleeding with a response of «oh don’t be baby», I had my fingers flung in frustration as the tech watched customers walk through the door that she was missing out on. If my fingers weren’t attached, each one would have hit the far wall as she grabbed the next one. I had my real nails ground through with a grinder. I had acrylics that broke or popped within a week.
This is one place i will never go back to.
