First Call Installation

Want to rave about my experience with First Call Installation. I’ve been a customer of First Call since I bought my home 10 years ago and they have taken great care of my 50+ year old oil furnace. Well, it was time to say goodbye to the olé Montag and get something much more efficient. Steve (the consultant) helped me out by telling me my options and helping me make decisions that would meet my wants and needs. Steve and I set an install date that would work with my schedule. The workers showed up as expected and they all worked like a well oiled machine. Steve showed up each day to make sure things were going as planned. Steve would let me know what to expect. Justin and Duane (sp.?) from First Call answered all my questions. The electrician and gas pipe fitter were fast and personable. After the job was complete Steve called to check and see how things were running and offered his assistance on anything if needed.
All in all, a great experience. I had come to expect great customer service from First Call for my oil needs. When it came to installation of a gas furnace and A/​C, they did not disappoint.
