Brian Nogueira – State Farm Insurance Agent

Trying to get hold of my State Farm office was an unbearable process.
It has been a good prior experience mainly because nothing was happening, and because I was literally next door. However, as soon as I moved out of State — they dont return calls at all. Yet, they keep charging my credit card with payments. Simple inquiries werent answered, and I’m still waiting for a call back.
Luckily, I was connected to an ousourced 24 hr service rep (somewhere so rural where they still use rotary phones) for the first time after calling about 10 times. She was very confused, gave me all wrong information, and in the end transferred me to a wrong person who told me I could go a different route. Issue resolution still in progress, such an unpleasant experience with State Farm!

Brian’s the man! I was having an issue with my current State Farm agent that I couldn’t resolve. I stopped by Brian’s office because it’s close to my job and I could run in on my lunch break. Even though I’m not his client, he took the time to review my issue and even offered to intervene on my behalf and talk to my current agent to try to resolve the situation. He was understanding of both the other agent and me.
I offered to give him my business, as I’ve been less satisfied with my current agent. He recommended I give my current agent another chance and come back in 6 months if I’m still not happy. Very admirable.

They are kind and understanding. Their entire staff listens and finds what suits my needs even ahead if the bottom line. Great people all around and great service. I work in the insurance industry with another company and still highly recommend them for their professionalism and service.
