Frustrated with the inconvenience and «scare tactics» of typical automotive repair shops and dealerships, Brian Dunn, an A.S.E. Certified Automotive Technician, started B.P. Dunn & Son Mobile Mechanics to bring the automotive service industry to the customer.

B.P. Dunn & Son Mobile Mechanics is an industry game changer. By providing only A.S.E. Certified Mechanics to your door with a Tow behind mobile shop with all the tools and equipment of a standard repair facility. We will be happy to explain our repairs to customers, By the Technician himself, not a commission based service writer.

Brian D.

Business Owner

Born into a «car family» Brian built his first engine when he was 10 years old. A 1965 327 from parts in the garage, using only articles in a chilton repair manual. Later he would drop the engine into his first car, A 1970 Nova. Building that car from the ground up ignited a passion that would last a lifetime. As a teen He joined the U.S. Army where he worked on Multiple Launch Rocket Systems, and Target Acquisition Radar Systems.

After his Army days, He went on to work for an extremely high volume Saturn Dealership in Las Vegas until the brand was dissolved. Upon Leaving Saturn he started California Smog & Auto in El Cajon. He went on to become an In port mechanic for a large fleet of commercial fishing vessels.

Through all his experience in the Automotive Industry one thing was common. Inconvenience for the customer. Always forced to either sit in an uncomfortable waiting room for unknown period of time, or arrange a ride to and from. So B.P. Dunn & Son Mobile Mechanics was born.
