We offer after hours ER avoidance care for children and adolescents through age 21. We have on site laboratory and X-​ray services. We offer care for a wide range of illnesses and injuries including: cough and cold symptoms, croup, concussions, fevers, sprains, strains, fractures, dehydration, asthma, migraines, abscesses, and so much more! Our facility is comfortable for kids and families because our exam rooms are set up as bedrooms with a twin bed, a TV, and books!

History

Established in 2014.

After hours care for children and adolescents through age 21. Our mission is to provide expeditious high-​quality medical care when most pediatricians’ offices are closed. Staffed with pediatricians and medical personnel with extensive experience in pediatric emergency care, we are recommended as the number one place for after hours emergency care by 95% of pediatricians in WNY. Meet the Business Owner

Dr. Kathleen L.

Business Owner

A native of Buffalo, Dr. Lillis obtained her MD from University at Buffalo. She completed a pediatric residency at Rainbow Babies and Children’s. Dr. Lillis then went on to complete her pediatric emergency medicine fellowship at St. Louis Children’s Hospital. For over 18 years, Dr. Lillis was an attending in the Department of Pediatrics and Emergency Medicine at Women and Children’s Hospital of Buffalo. She served as Chief of the division of Pediatric Emergency Medicine for over nine years. Dr. Lillis has authored articles on asthma, bronchiolitis, abdominal trauma, and cervical spine injuries (CSI).

In December 2010, Dr. Lillis pioneered the first WNY pediatric urgent care facility, and has developed it into a center of excellence, as an ED alternative for infants, children, adolescents, and young adults through age 21.

She has five children, two boys and three girls, ages 10 through 22.
