History
Established in 1988.
Our business was founded when the office I worked in went through three janitorial services in one year.
We have offered family-owned, personalized office care ever since.
In addition to that we also offer one time services in office or home, including (but not limited to) window washing, floor scrub/re-wax, carpet cleaning and annual deep cleaning for offices that have in-house or employee cleaning.
We do finish construction clean-up, apartment clean-out and «Oh my, how did this place get so dirty?» emergency service. We do a great job of preparing homes for the competitive real estate market.
Our business clients range in size from 1 to 80 employees and 150 to 30,000 square feet. Some have five day per week service and some have once a month or even once a year service.

I started Pride Building Maintenance in 1988 to offer a more thorough, caring cleaning service than I experienced in the offices I have worked in. Cleaning is a fairly simple activity but it does take attention to detail and a sense of caring to keep the quality level high. Over the years we have developed some wonderful business relationships that keep it enjoyable. It is a sense of accomplishment to know that our clients can carry on their work without the distraction of a messy, dirty work space.
