Best in the business, I have used Scott for many years now and he has always bailed me out whenever I call him, and he’s always professional and on time.

Called for a tow and now they are called Happy Hooker Tow with a very very graphic logo on the trucks, I was very embarrassed to even have my car dropped off at the Honda Dealer, I have used them in the past with very little issue and will NEVER use them again. I am not sure whats going on or if this is a joke or prank but if you google Happy Hooker Tow and look at the logo its very inappropriate. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. They said they would be here in a hour showed up 2hours later. the truck looks like it has been to war and back. Think Twice before calling these people… Oh and when you call the Don’t answer Performance Towing or Happy Hooker Towing it’s Towing, Kind of Shady… Towing, Really… Who are you hiding from… NEVER AGAIN…

I’m very confused. I called Performance Towing this morning at 10:37 for a tow. They told me it would be about an hour and a half. Ok, so 12:15 rolls around… nothing…12:30 rolls around… nothing…so I called to check in and he said, yeah we are on our way out to you right now. 12:50 and they are here. I asked about possibly paying less (they had quoted me $ 120, with $ 5 off for finding them on Unilocal) since they were late. They said that the previous person had a low rider and they needed to go slower on bumps, etc. Ok, fine… but a courtesy call would have been nice. I received NO phone call to let me know they would be late. I explained that I needed the car to get to the mechanic by 2pm so he could order a specific part for the car. Obviously calling at 10:37 and being quoted an hour and a half would get it there well before 2pm. Now this was cutting it short. They still would not discount anything. Fine… I’ll pay full price. They drove off from my house at 1:06pm. Google estimates a 28 minute drive to the mechanic, so let’s add on 15 minutes considering it is a tow truck. They should be there a little before 2pm.
NOW…my husband called the mechanic to make sure that the car got there and the mechanic says that the car JUST arrived. (2:30pm). I’m sorry but what happened between 1:06 — 2:30? I’m so confused! I even TOLD them that the car needed to get to the mechanic by 2pm. They were very nice and professional in demeanor, but this is VERY unprofessional behavior. Now my car has to be in the shop for an extra day and I am left renting a car for another day. I am very upset about this.

Performance Towing helped me out in a tight spot, where time was in anything but excess. The dispatcher gave an estimate of arrival time, and the tow truck arrived early. The driver, a big and courteous man, handled our broken down car with ease. He loaded the car up onto his flatbed with ease, and had it coming down off the back of the truck by the time we arrived in at the autoshop before we even arrived in a separate car.
This was the second tow in three days, and the cheaper of the two by $ 20. They were fast and knew exactly what to do. There isn’t a whole lot more you can ask from a towing service.
