APPC is a small Primary Care facility, offering primary care to patients 21 years+. We do not accept anyone under the age of 20 — as pursuant to Medi-​Cal guidelines. We accept PPOs and EHS Medical Group Medi-​Cal partnerships, as well as Medicare.

Office Hours:

You may reach the receptionist M-​F 9am — 5pm

But IN-​Office hours are as follows:

Monday-​Friday 6pm-​8pm

Saturday Appointments availabe — by appointment only

Sunday Closed

No walk-​ins. We respect our patients and ask that you do too by scheduling an appointment so as not to interrupt their appointment times.

Business Owner

Ross W. Lauger, FNP-​C, is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner who decided to open a medical practice of his own with business partner and Supervising Physician Jeffrey D. Wayne, M.D.

* Please Note: Jeffrey D. Wayne does not treat or see patients himself. He acts as the supervising physician, overseeing APPC’s work and patient care. Patients who come to APPC will not see Dr. Jeffrey Wayne. Ross Lauger is the acting Primary Care Physician.

Ross Lauger is also a DMV certified examiner offering Commercial Driver’s License Examinations AKA DOT Examinations at Advanced Practice Primary Care.
