History

Established in 2014.

Yellow Bird Baking Company is a cottage food operation based in Orange, CA.

We currently retail our cookies at The Green Tomato Grill in Orange, CA. We are also a vendor at Yorba Linda Farmers Market (Main St and Imperial) on Saturdays from 9am-​1pm and Placentia Farmers Market (Kraemer and Yorba Linda Blvd) on Tuesdays from 4pm-​8pm.

I was diagnosed as lactose intolerant back in 2007. Little did I know that baking would become my passion. I started baking and experimenting because my choices back then for baked goods were either mediocre to really good and really expensive. (Sometimes, a little too sweet for my tooth.) I want to provide baked goods that taste good, even better than the dairy and egg baked products. Each batch of product is made with love and care. (Like, I am baking for my family, for my friends, for my neighbor… with love.)
