I don’t normally review fast food places but i had a horrible experience here and although I don’t want to get people in trouble, I do think they should learn something from this. Treating someone local that paid to eat here(and have been here dozens of times in the last 2 years) like an idiot is not how you keep them returning.

I must say, this particular Wendy’s keeps impressing me. It’s come a long way since it’s remodel. Usually use the drive-thru and found them very helpful in clarifying my order. In fact, he overheard asking my partner in the car a question, and the Wendy’s employee heard and gave the answer we were looking for. Good job!

Unilocal challenge 2015311⁄365 There are 2 words you need to know here. And its nothing to do with Beef. Lets practice. Are you ready? Go…“Frosty Please.” Did you say it? Frosty’s make everything better. You can dip your fries in it, get that salty and sweet taste. Dip your burger in it… Frosty’s are the perfect treat and condiment to anything on the menu. Chocolate or Vanilla. Located at Tustin and Katella with drive thru access and easy exit back onto Tustin Ave. Serving up a variety of burgers, chicken sammies, salads, fries but most importantly FROSTY’S. Cant go wrong. Value menu makes for a cheap date. Of course the $ 5.00 burgers are bigger and better. #786

— Locale Destination — It’s on N Tustin st and Katella Ave in Orange. It’s right off 55 fwy, in a little corner shopping center. It’s kinda hard to get to the drive through. You need to go through the parking area. It’s located in a little odd space. Service: I used the drive through, but wanted to mention it. I went there almost midnight. The lady was very pleasant and friendly. Especially late at night. Kudo for that. — Gluttony Expedition — Vanilla frosty: I didn’t know what to expect. I was so tired from work and wanted something sweet late at night. I Unilocaled«shake», and it came up. I saw the picture on their website, and I thought it was a shake. Wrong. When the lady gave it to me, she gave me only spoon, not straw. I was driving and thought wtf!!! — How could I drink it w/o a straw!!! It turned out the very thick version of milk shake — kinda like ice cream that I eat with spoon. Too thick for a straw. I hate a shake generally because it’s melty by the time I could finish. I prefer thick consistency. This is exactly what I like. Not melty, not as soft as a soft serve, I could eat it as «ice cream» till the end. Taste wise, it’s not as rich as real ice cream, but the texture, portion and its price satisfy me nonetheless. $ 2(medium) made me so full. I could have gotten the small size, which was like $ 1. I prefer this to ice cream at «Strickland» in Irvine. It’s the same and lot cheaper. They got only vanilla and chocolate flavors. I don’t like chocolate, so I tried vanilla. I’m sure it’s made of powder mix, but I like the texture! Better than shake, liquid nitrogen ice cream, many ice cream from ice cream shops in OC. What a pleasant find! I’m hooked — sort of: p — Conqueror’s Deduction — Yes, this is a big«fast food» chains. I know. I rarely go to the fast food places, so I really don’t know what’s happening out there. I don’t know much differences among them. Perhaps I don’t even wanna get to know them”. I know only differences on «French fries» — that’s about it. However, I was compelled to write the review due to my discovery of «frosty». This is good! Especially after I was very disappointed at «Strickland», this is cheaper, and even better than that! They open till 1am, and only $ 2! Very satisfying. I don’t wanna wait the line at «in n out» for the shake. I like«frosty»!

Dang what ever the cashiers problem was needed to be left out the door. Not even a hello from her after I greeted her with a smile! FIRST thing she asked me was«is it for here or to go» don’t they usually ask that after the order ?! some customer service I expect a lil bit more being Wendy’s being a lot nicer than other fast food restaurants. Other then that my baconator looked exactly like the picture.

This Wendy’s is SO fast! Since they remodeled, I haven’t spent more than 90 seconds in the drive thru from order to pick up. I often end up being DD for a rowdy bunch of friends who want Frostees and the staff is always patient with us(much appreciated!!). The remodel looks great inside – love the fireplace. One of the best locations in OC in my opinion!

I typically do not eat Wendy’s but decided to try out this location(drive thru). Ordered a BBQ chicken salad & requested NOBBQ sauce on the salad(mentioned this twice) but instead got one with BBQ sauce. Realized this once I got home, which is 20 min away. I called the location & spoke to Alicia who kindly assured me I would get a replacement salad the next time I stopped by. Will not be eating this salad & because of the inconvenience I would typically rate 1 star but Alicia did attempt to alleviate the situation so 3 stars it is.

Service here kinda blew the cashier didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. They forgot our sauces and dressing to my salad. Unfriendly and when I ordered she said it would be ten min for a baked potato. Like really shouldn’t they have them prepped and ready ten min is a long time to wait when its fast food. She tried to give me cold nuggets five min before my potato was ready I will never be coming back to this restaurant

So it seems like this Wendy’s has been renovated? It looks so nice inside now! It’s in the same plaza as the Michael’s so there’s plenty of parking. I only come to a Wendy’s when I have a coupon though… So I tried the Son of the Baconator and I couldn’t even finish it! I was thinking it was going to be small since it’s the Son. It actually had a good amount of bacon on it. I’m not a big fan of their fries though. Service was super super quick. My order was ready before I even got my receipt and change. How is that even possible?

Well, let me say, I used to LOVE Wendy’s but I was seriously unimpressed. There is some weird thing going on with I hope construction because the normal driveway access to the DRIVETHRU window was closed. So you have to pass it, enter, drive around next to Michael’s, and loop back into the line hoping you’re not cutting anyone off. I went with their chicken nuggets. Classic. Well the SPICEY nuggets are spiced with I think only ground black pepper. Maybe paprika, also, to give them the red external coloring. Nothing like Tabasco sauce. The dipping sauces are seriously disappointing. WENDY’s CORPORATEOFFICE: please come up with an option that is like Buffalo Wing Sauce, ok? Would be MUCH yummier. Thank you for listening to a LT customer. The FFs, their small is huge, which is actually NOT a good thing when you are ordering the small to do portion management. No worries though. They were so soggy and messy, I could only eat about 2 anyway. What a waste of $ 1.59 that part of my order was. Next time? I’ll drive further down N Tustin to the McDs.

I don’t know why I never eat at Wendy’s. But, after trying the new spicy Asiago ranch chicken club sandwich I think I’ll be eating here more often. The sandwich was delicious and it was actually spicy and crispy. I was pretty surprised to find that the chicken fit the size of the bun. I got chicken in every bite. The fries were hot but not crispy. I didn’t even eat half. The drive thru is open but the restaurant is under construction. The cashier was extremely pleasant and that was nice. There is always a long line in the drive thru but, they are really efficient and the drive thru moves fast. I noticed this because I shop in the shopping center all the time but, today was my first visit to this Wendy’s.

Just moved to the area, don’t have any groceries yet, tired from the move and all the unpacking so what’s a girl to do? Go on Unilocal and find the nearest fast food. I can’t remember the last time I was at a Wendy’s so when this popped up on Unilocal with some fairly decent reviews I was excited to try it again for lunch. They had a banner by the drive thru advertising a Tuscan chicken with asiago cheese and an interesting aioli sauce on a ciabatti bun — sold! I got this as a combo with the spicy chicken and damn it totally hit the spot. The drive thru was fast and friendly and the fries were crisp and delicious. Since it’s near the freeway and a major street, it’s a bit of a hassle to get out.

This Wendy’s has done such a 360! Every time I have came here, the workers are always so friendly and patient. This has probably been the quickest drive thru I have ever been to. They are well organized and know how to work together as a team. This is what makes this fast food joint unique. Today many fast food businesses don’t keep on top of things like they should. I find myself coming here more often now when I am hungry. It is because I know that when I place an order here that I’ll get a nice person taking my order and that my food will be ready by the time I reach the window. This Wendy’s goes above and beyond for their customers. I highly recommend this Wendy’s to any hungry soul out there.

I want to compliment the cashier there, his name is Sam. I saw him deal with an angry lady today and he have her the best customer service ever! It’s always nice to see him behind the counter.

Wendy’s is totally stepping up their game! With the re-imagination of Wendy came a whole new, fresher menu. I was excited to try the pretzel bacon cheeseburger that they have been advertising and just looking at it on the menu made my mouth water – they have definitely made their sandwiches visually appealing. When we were given our sandwiches, we were not disappointed: it looked exactly like the menu image. And what surprised me the most is that a) the greens were not just soggy, shredded lettuce but legitimate spinach and other dark, leafy greens. It was superb. And b) the sandwich didn’t have disgusting mystery sauce smeared all over it. The bun was still firm even after the drive home and I was able to choose my toppings. I’m always excited to get a Frosty but decided to pass one up this time. My French fries had barely any salt on them and I don’t know if I was upset about that or not. Overall, I salute you, Wendy’s. I will be coming back soon.

They don’t do breakfast at this location. At any time. It is not even on the menu. Even when it is early in the morning before any afternoon meal arbitrary cutoff. That is all I have to say about that.

I really give these girls their props at this location! They work so hard here! Tennesa and the Manager are some hard workers! My food is always fresh and when I ask for no salt on the fries they don’t bitch about it :) I know people don’t review fast food places but this Wendy’s is better than any other Wendy’s in the OC :) I’m a happy camper! My food is always SUPERPIPINGFRESH! No frozen, sitting under a heatlamp food here!
