Quick, easy, simple!
I brought my brother’s old Timex «IronMan» watch here, and they changed the batteries for just $ 8! Even better, the waterproof seal was still good afterwards; my brother has been swimming with it for the last two weeks with no problems.
The job took 15 minutes; just long enough for me to head over to a nearby See’s Candy and indulge my sweet tooth :-)

I broke my watchband due to my own negligence, I came back to Jack and he had it fixed in less than 5 minutes. Great, fast and friendly customer service as always. Everyone should come here for their watch needs!

This is a GREAT place for fast, reasonable watch repair and information! I am a long time customer and felt that I should leave a positive review based on my own experience.

Add me to the list of 5 Star reviews. I’ve filled a few of the punchcards over the years for replacing watch batteries. But there’s more to it: Jack is great! It’s not just watches, though. He handles car fobs, oddball garage door openers, and little toys requiring «watch» batteries. He also sells a variety of watches from «disposable» to nicer quality. He replaces bands, makes adjustments, etc. They accept all credit cards, not just MC and Visa. You can’t go wrong here.

Fast furious and fair! Great guy who owns it, Jack. I’m glad I went here because it was done quickly. He seems to know watches well. Very polite and really a great price to have my battery changed in ten minutes.

Can’t go wrong here. I walked right up, he stopped what he was doing to greet me and inquire as to what needed doing. My purpose was twofold — a battery in a Bulova and a band adjustment on my Invicta.
I was quoted a price and a time estimate.
Price for both to be done was less than $ 15.
He estimated 20 minutes for the work.
He met both. Can’t underscore enough how oddly important it was to me that a watch repairman estimated the correct time to get the job done.
Recommend for anyone needn’t his services.

They are always fair priced and repairs are done fast. Not to mention I’ve never had to bring back a watch they’ve fixed.

Fast, friendly, not afraid to refer out if he doesn’t have the part, and inexpensive. Really appreciate the whole experience. I brought in 3 watches and had one of the batteries changed and the watch set in under 5 minutes for a great price.

Needed a watch fixed, but couldn’t find anyone that would fix it for less than $ 25 (main stream jewelry shops). Saw the 5 star reviews here and called for prices, was very pleased and made the trip.
Jack fixed a Kenneth Cole watch that I failed miserably to close back together (battery change). He did it in about 3 – 4 minutes, but noticed one of the hour markers on my watch had fallen off. Told me to give him 10 so I did. He fixed my watch and have me a deal because I mentioned Unilocal.Charged me well below and wouldn’t accept my tip.
Efficient and effective, Jack is the man to see for all your watch needs.

Replaced battery and repaired a loose ornament inside my watch face within 10 minutes. Charged me $ 10. Very satisfied.

This guy is GREAT! He resized my watch as a walk-​in within just 10 minutes, and when the resize was still too big he happily re-​resized it on the spot.
The prices are also great: for my watch resize it was only $ 6. I looked around the watches at his kiosk and they all look really reasonably priced too. My brother also had a crystal replaced here in his watch and was very happy with the service.

So, I love watches… But I also love procrastinating! I had a bunch of watches that had all died. Instead of making a bunch of trips to get new batteries, I waited til all my watches died! I saw this place on Unilocal,and all the possitive reviews made me want to give them a shot! I came in at about 3:30 on a Friday afternoon, my 6 watches were done by 3:45! I didn’t even have enough time to throw a wetzle pretzle down! They were quick, friendly, had great pricing, and they were great find! They even have a battery punch card! I will be coming back to this place for all of my future watch needs!

Dropped off 2 watches for battery replacement and one for sizing. I waited for 15 minutes before my requested work was complete. I realized the new watch that I brought for sizing needed a new battery after already preparing to pay. The man behind the counter kindly replaced the battery on the spot. Pleasant customer service experience and the price is very reasonable. Count on me to return for all my watch needs.

This place is great for many things for I come here maybe for batteries for my watches and it’s cheap and works great for a long time! Does get any better than that and plus jack is one hell of a guy. Good customer service and a great business for the community! Thank you Watchland

I have two watches that I used to wear every single day. And then one after the other, the batteries died. Being the lazy procrastinator that I am, I left my watches just sitting in their box for 2 years before I finally decided, «Maybe I should be productive about something.»
I decided on this place since it had so many positive reviews and it was only a few minutes away from work. And after coming here, I regret not getting my batteries replaced earlier. He was so nice and when I arrived, he was working on another watch. And yet, somehow, when I came back 10 minutes later, he had magically finished that one and my two watches. They were even set to the correct time! I even got a little punch card for future battery replacements!
So the facts:
— Each battery watch will run about $ 7 – 8, which is a lot cheaper than the last place I went to.
— It’s near a kiosk near the food court area.
— Card is accepted so it’s perfect for those who never carry cash (I am definitely guilty of this).
— You will always get a smile. What more could you ask for?

My 5^th or 6^th time here…
the owner of this mall kiosk has true mastery over his craft, and his prices are affordable.
I once took an ecodrive watch that was accidently stored in a drawer, which lead to the primary battery becoming empty and seemingly unchargeable. He turned away my business, told me to put it under a desk lamp for two days and call if I had any questions. Voila! It worked! can you believe it? An honest business in this day and age…

OKAY. So i always thought mall kiosks were shady as heck… But i don’t think my fellow Unilocalers would EVER steer me wrong (would you? :P). I got lost on the way to this mall due to road construction and my freaking GPS kept turning me back towards construction. Needless to say, I arrived to the mall very late when the shops were starting to close (YESSSS i was that person).
I was having a crummy day, so I figured I was already THERE and I might as well go and check. Getting my watch battery replaced has been on my to do list for the past year… lol. yes i am a professional procrastinator
Casey was closing up when I got there, yet he took the time to switch out my battery. While he was doing that, I asked him if superglue would be a suitable fix for my dial that had fallen off last year. He ended up fixing that for me too so that I wouldn’t have to do it!
Seriously made my day. I now know why this place has such impeccable reviews.
OH! I also asked him if my band for my Baby-​G could be switched out. It’s perfectly functional, but looks NASTY now. And he was very honest and told me that the boss would be in tomorrow, and to ask the boss instead. He was SO patient even though I made him stay a few minutes past closing.

Came here yesterday on may 27 2015 after doing a Unilocal search for a close by watch repair place. I read the Unilocal reviews first like I always do. they were pretty positive.
So. I decided to bring my michael kors watch in for a new battery… and was happy I did, they are friendly, professional and treated me great. they didnt damage my watch… it took just minutes which was great (see Jack)…he is a, nice, honest man… great customer service he even took links out no charge. how cool is that?
I was so happy I eeturned today and got another battery replacement on my besty J. watch… I highly recommend this place for great service… THANKS watchland. xo I will be back!!!

Came to this place based on the awesome reviews and was not disappointed! I just needed to get my watch battery changed and they did so in 5 – 10 mins and for only $ 7.50! Even better, my watch was cleaner than when I brought it in and it had been set to the right time and date. I was also given a punch card to return, which I certainly hope to do. If you are in Orange, definitely check this place out.
Side note: this place is not a physical store in The Village, but rather a center kiosk. If you park by Walmart or JC Penny, it is in that wing of the mall.

My watches are weird and hard to disassemble. I come here and they do it for me.
