HORRIBLE, AWFUL, WORST FURNITURE «STORE» EVER!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! Okay so let me start by saying my fiancé and I needed a living room set so decided to check this place out, (westminister mall) went in and encountered a Vietnamese man he started helping us out sounded like he knew what he was talking about. I bargained as much as I could since it was going to be paid in cash (now I see it was a shitty deal!!)We picked power recliners, fairly new to market so asked about return policy he specifically stated yeah yeah no problem if damaged we will replace with new one. Our delivery day came and couch +loveseat were delivered the next day the power button on sofa became loose on its own! And on top of that the loveseat was NOT powered (we paid for power) due to them being out of stock… WHY WERE WE NOT TOLD THAT ON DAY OF PURCHASE!!! (Quang: warehouse manager) told us the warehouse was waiting on manufacturer to make more and ship to them apparently they’re back ordered (since when do furniture stores sell something they don’t have).1month after playing cat and mouse with «manager» we wanted to return everything! And that’s when we were told we would be charged a 30% restocking fee! I’m sorry but WTF. YOU DELIVERED THE WRONG THING, BROKEN MERCHANDISE AND WE PAY THE PRICE??? WRONG! After 3 long months of this «oh well call you back were still waiting for more». I fought to be able to pick another set. Same price. I’m absolutely regretful Of ever giving them my money worst mistake ever!!! Hope no one else has to experience anything like this! ONE STAR BECAUSE IT MAKES YOU RATE. REALITY =ZERO!!!

I bought a bed frame from their location inside Westminster Mall back in January and til this day I still don’t even have it ! If it’s possible to give this place 0 star I would! At first the workers seem pretty cool to me, Quang helped me out but two weeks later they call me last minute to say they don’t have my bed size and asked me to come in and pick a different style and so I did, I waited another two weeks only to get another phone call saying they don’t have the color I wanted, and I asked for Quang but he was always either not in or on vacation and so they had this other guy help me named Danny. He recommended I get a black and white one and I asked if he’s sure they had it in stock and he said yeah he checked. On the day of delivery NO ONE CAME! I called and a guy said Danny wasn’t in, I called again the next day they said Danny no longer works there, I called once again and finally reached Quang and he told me to wait til March and so I did, I even emailed the company and spoke with Andrew Vu who even told me it would be ready March 5^th. The manager named Minh at the Westminster mall store then said he would be taking care of me, (all these people say they will leave messages for me but i never ever get a call back from any of them!) I called the manager and he wasn’t in they told me tmr, I called again next day he wasn’t in either and so I decided to take it up to the main warehouse in Ontario and guess who picked up? Minh the manager when he promised to call me back, today I called again and was told to wait ANOTHER 2 – 3 MONTHS! ARE YOU FUCKING SERIOUS?! Dont you think you lied enough?! I’be already waited to months how are you going to ask me to wait even longer or come in to pick another style?! FORGET THAT SHIT! All you guys do is bullshit, you shouldvve just told the truth from the start that you don’t have it so I didn’t have to wait this long and now have to take it somewhere else! I filed a dispute with the credit card company cause I’m paying for something I don’t even have. Oh and let me tell you this their store shows sign saying they are closing but when I asked they said not really. So it made me suspicious are they tryna say that and end up closing and run away with my money? I dont think so, I will also be coming in to demand my deposit back which I paid seperatly so they better give it back or else I will make a scene. Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone! Horrible service.

Well I walked in with my family to buy 6 chairs for are dinning room table, So I went looking for some help A sales man said he’s name was Stanley an offerd to help us with some pricing on some chairs we hand picked out they were piced at $ 70 each.
I did not ask for a discount but Stanley offred to drop the price to $ 60 each then $ 55 each. I told stanley I would take them, when home to drop off my family and come back to pay for the chairs, once I was there Stanley lowerd the pice by $ 10.
I thought wow how cool is that then I paid $ 345 then he said pick up in about 3 days I reponded with that will not work, so he offerd the chairs on display.
I took two chairs home becusae that all that would fit in my compact car once I arrived home and was ready to return when I got a call from 714.704.0038 and on the line was the sales man Stanley telling me to bring back the chairs the excuss was they belong to antother
person.
He said I could order form the book again trying to bait and switch
and that’s the real reason thay hand me bring back the chairs. They were put back on display because they are made well and what they want to sale more bait & switch.
Beware of this place and the bait and switch game they con the public with. they want you to think your buying one thing then once you come back its in a box and not the same. I will never return to this place. I give this place F–

Went to the store inside Westminster Mall. Not sure if the sale representatives live off commission but their service was horrible. They weren’t attentive in answering our questions and we had to keep asking this skinny lady questions about a set of sofas that we liked. She was eating/​chewing while taking us. And she just let us be, we HAD TO APPROACH HER many times for questions. With this kind of service and attitude, it only adds concerns to the buyers not knowing the reliability.

Lots of nice non-​Ikea sofa selection at ~Ikea prices.
Not sure if the constant clearance and all sales are final signs (for remodeling?) is reassuring.

No one really goes to the Block at Orange to buy furniture but give this place a look if you’re looking for just about anything… furniture-​wise. The prices on the nightstands (what I was looking for) are a bargain and so were a lot of their couches which were on clearance.
Think Ikea pricing… but without the missing screws or parts and profanity of trying to put the shit together. Its $ 100 for delivery on the couches when I asked but you can ask them or try to see if you can get a better deal if you buy more. The sales guy told me to help me out; so sweet of him.
They’re nice people and don’t hover in the slightest. If you’re seriously interested you will have to find them. I almost got locked in the store; in the display window! Hehe. And the review ends there…
