Vivian Tran Ngo Event Planner

Our company recently worked with Vivian Ngo and she is superb! Each event she was professional, prompt, friendly and well organized. As an entertainment company, we love to work with experienced coordinators who know their craft, and she always made things easy and clear to everyone. Big plus for any DJ! Long story short: Don’t let your friends step in as a day-​of coordinator — it’s not the same. There’s a big difference between someone who’s done 1 wedding and someone who’s done 100 weddings. Vivian seems to have lots of experience and each time she’s made everything run super smooth!

Future brides… you must spend the $$$ to hire Vivian as your wedding planner/​coordinator. At first, I was alittle hesitant to hire one because my husband is very private and felt we would be able to plan and coordinate everything on our own. Thankfully, we decided to hire Vivian to help us for our last month of planning and we were so blessed to have her by our side the whole month. Don’t be fooled by this 5ft little mama… she stands 6ft tall and will do what it takes to get the damn job done!!! She is professional, punctual and an expert. I appreciate that she takes the time out of her busy schedule (juggling a few weddings each week) to check on you and really listen to what you want… even venting sessions and most of all… she’ll be that buffer between you and the inlaws so there’s no drama on your big day. Vivian went way above & beyond! My husband has alot of high expectations and it sealed the deal when he said, «Vivian knows what she’s doing, I would recommend her to my friends.» Pretty much, if you don’t want to worry about stress or any type of drama, hire Vivian, she’ll run the show and it will be one damn smooth one! I have worked with Vivian many times when I shot weddings. She is very organized and everything always ran on time and smoothly. She makes sure everyone is happy and fed.
When my cousin got married in April 2014 I was thrilled to hear Vivian was coordinating her wedding! She worked with her to make sure she got everything she wanted. When I stepped into the reception everything was jaw dropping. The whole venue was simply beautiful. She made sure the bride and groom ate, took advantage of taking pictures with their photo booth (since most brides and grooms can’t enjoy the survives they paid for because they are too busy hosting) and the table greetings went by so smoothly!
I will always continue to recommend Vivian for all event coordinating needs!

Vivian is hands down the best wedding coordinator. She balances a very strict time schedule while maintaining a very cool and calm demeanor. If you’ve ever been married or been in a wedding you’ll know that is a very tough thing to accomplish with a bunch of people wandering around (and if there is alcohol involved forget it).
Some people are born with gifts to do things… Tiger Woods was born with the gift of golf, Michael Jordan the gift of basketball… Vivian Ngo was born with the gift of dealing with people and making them feel special while at the same time getting things done and making it beautiful.
If you’re planning a wedding, you need to give her a call or I TOLD YOU SO!

Vivian is the best wedding coordinator, event planner, day planner, wedding planner. pretty much any way I write it out. she’s just plain amazing.
She’s the main coordinator at Mon Cheri in Westminster (she’s willing to travel too) and she’s worth every penny.
Notes:
She’s stern when you need her to be IE. drunk out of control groomsmen
She knows all the religious rules and regulations
She knows how to talk to your church coordinator, florist, venue manager, etc
She is always prepared for the worst as well as the best of times at your wedding.
