I have been going here for a year now, and I am very pleased! Angie and Mary are incredible technicians who can take anything from Pinterest and design it on your nails.
However, this last time something even more amazing happened. I walked in without appointment to get my nails done (acrylic) and the receptionist told me it would be about 15 minutes. I look around and I saw that everybody was working. I expected it, so I sat in the chair and started reading. That’s when the OWNER comes and does my nails so I don’t have to wait. THE OWNER. I felt like my time was being appreciated and, bonus, my nails were AMAZING! It is definitely worth going there.

This is a very clean and friendly establishment. Julie and Paris are very friendly and fast!

I love, love, love Victoria nails! I’ve been coming here every two to three weeks for the past three and a half years! They never disappoint and I love the staff! They are always welcoming, warm, and ready to serve you. Complimentary drinks and snacks aren’t too shabby either.
Now, for those of you complaining about the $ 2 fee for credit cards you all need to stop. They have an ATM machine in there with no surcharge and they always make it a point to tell you more than once AND it says it as soon as you walk in AND on the ATM. It just takes a few seconds more to get up and pull some cash out.

This place is awesome! I refer to it as «the good nail place.» The stylists are super nice and they have the most amazing designs! I graduated from nursing school recently and they painted a cute EKG strip across my nails. So cute and I got a hundred compliments! I’ve also had a sunset scene with palm tree for a Hawaii vacation that was also amazing! It’s such a nice touch that they offer complimentary beverages, including champagne, which is perfect because today I’m here with my mother and maid of honor getting our nails done for my upcoming wedding.
The salon is nice, clean and they have a ton of colors and designs to choose from. And they can replicate anything that I have brought to them from Pinterest. Best nail place in there area!

I have been coming to Victoria’s for about 10 years and have never had a bad service or experience. The management is great, the technicians are good at what they do, and the salon is always crazy clean. The complimentary drinks are icing on the cake (you have to ask for it, they do not automatically bring it to you)!
Also, it’s great that they will fix your nail for free if something happens within 7 days of your visit. It only applies to pedicures, gel, and acrylics – save your receipt!

I only did two stars because the other ladies seemed nice. I had an older lady who seemed like she was just rushing to get done. She spent no time massaging and did the absolute bare minimum. She was really really rough and her cutting hurt! No customer service what so ever either she was so cold and unfriendly. I’d try this place again but only if I got someone else.
Oh and I saw here apparently there is complimentary food and drink? I was not offered any, what, do I get crappy customer service because I’m younger? The other people here were treated so much better, I’m actually pretty insulted.

Love coming here to treat myself to a manicure and pedicure. Very clean establishment and friendly staff. Lots of colors to choose from and they even offer you a complimentary glass of champagne! Who wouldn’t love that?!? Will continue to come back every time I need to spoil myself on the luxury of getting my nails done.

After getting a very kind Gift Certificate of 25.00 to this place, and being fairly new to the area I referred my daughter here. She visited at a time when the place was pretty empty, she was there with two other ladies getting gel nails and a very simple design, black nails with a white strip. She walked away paying 45.00. Less then a week later, her nails started looking as if she had them done more then a month ago. She was extremely disappointed.
I myself had not yet used my GC and decided to visit last Sat. The place was very busy and I requested a manicure and pedicure with callus treatment. I received the normal push to get gel instead of regular polish and declined for both toes and nails. I was not offered anything to drink, while noticing new customers walking in being offered refreshments. The ladies began their work and I was asked to pay before painting my nails. That was standard and I tipped before i could see the work. Very sloppy and my heels (I exfoliate my heels/​feet regularly) feel rough.
Two separate visits, two different customers, three different services and same outcomes. Overpriced and sloppy work. Kudos to the owners, place is a goldmine, but I will not visit again. If I could attach pics I would.

Though they were able to get me in last minute for a fill and then a pedi as well (requested up on arrival), I won’t be going back.
My natural nails tend to curl inward as they grow and it’s been difficult finding a nail tech who can manage to keep them attached to the acrylic as they grow between fills (otherwise they lift & you know what happens then)! When I explained this to the woman doing my nails, she replied that THAT wasn’t the problem but because I washed my hands too often, they were lifting in that way. Excuse me? No. She was also very brusque and snippy, and acted like she was put out by having to do her job. NOT friendly at all and and constantly talked to the girl doing my toes in Vietnamese, barely acknowledging that I was there. Good prices, pretty clean shop, but not the place for me. I prefer SERVICE.

In my ever continuing travels in search of the HG of nail salons, I was turned on to this by one of my friends from way back in elementary school. She always posts pictures of the cutest nail designs, so of course I decided to ask her where she was going. She referred me to Victoria’s. In Tustin. for me it’s a bit out of the way, but I decided to give it a shot. I mean. when the Unilocal reviews say they serve champagne too. yah. it’s worth checking out!
I made my appointment with Nancy, the girl my friend sees, and who also has quite a few amazing nail designs in the pictures, for Sunday (⁷⁄₆) so my nails were super fresh for our Labor Day river trip. They have a lot of positive reviews and artwork posted by others, so I felt confident in my choice. I ended up choosing the gel manicure and spa pedicure. Which comes with complimentary beverage and snack. They carry nail polish brands I like (like OPI and Essie), and the salon is fairly large, compared to the dozens I’ve been too. Ironically, I ended up choosing a Perfect Match shade so my pedicure would match my acrylics. Nobody likes sporting two different shades of red! Anyhow, I ended up being about 15 minutes late, but had called ahead to let them know. Thankfully it was no biggie and they said to drive safely and no rush. SCORE! When I got there, the pedicure section was packed and then I noticed pedicure chairs even lined the walls. So were do they do everyone’s nails? If you’re getting nails and toesies — right in your pedi chair! If you’re just doing nails, there’s a small 4 person row of seats in the middle for just nails. Odd. Apparently everyone comes in for pedicure, though I don’t blame them at all! The pedicure was AMAZEBALLS, and they have like FIVE different options for pedicures! I did one with paraffin dips at the end which was cool because I like playing with candle wax and essentially that’s what they dip your feeties in (^_​^) the girl who did my toes, I believe Lynn, was super nice and informed me of the complimentary drinks and snacks. Though it’s hard to munch on your goodies when they’re working on your hands and they’re covered in dust.yucky. :/​so I didn’t get to eat very many of my goodies, boo :(but my toes and feet felt awesome afterwards and the bright red is still. Bright red and glossy!
Nancy did an awesome job on my nails, considering not only did I give her a new shape (for me) but 4 of my nails had broken funky during a hike a few weeks prior and few back unevenly, so making the shape perfect on a few was almost impossible but she got really close so I can’t be mad that a few edges weren’t totally even. I chose a shape that isn’t quite stiletto but not exactly almond either. A little of both with a sharper point. And I had a theme. Bright red and then leopard print design with matching red spots. I’ve been in love with TSwift’s song «Wildest Dreams» since I heard it and when her video came out.gah.her nails and the safari theme. I used it to come up with my nail design! (^_​~) and it looks awesome! It’s been a week now, and they’re still super glossy and the shape has held up pretty dang well though it’s rounded down some from normal wear and tear. She used a gel coating to seal them, and the leopard print design she created is fabulous! The salon was a little pricier compared to other salons I’ve visited but the service was also far better! My favorite thing is that if your nail tech has a conversation with a coworker in Vietnamese for a minute or longer during your service, your service is free. And they actually chat with you which is cool, usually the nail techs are talking to their friends the whole time and sometimes fail to pay attention resulting in cuticle cuts, but not here! So that’s another added plus. My total ended up being $ 81 for the gel nails and design, and the spa pedicure package I chose. Which I thought was pretty fair considering they did an amazing job.
I would definitely go back to Victoria’s Nails, even though it’s a slight drive for me, the service and the quality of their work is awesome. And that’s pretty damn hard to find in the nail industry! High five for beautiful nails and relaxed toesies at Victoria’s\(^_^)/
