This company is a «surface cleaning» business. Everyone is very friendly and polite but they didn’t do a good job. There was food behind my spice rack and toaster, which means they just wiped around everything on my kitchen counter. I specifically asked the guy if he could clean the door to the laundry closet because it was dusty and he didn’t even touch it. I had to clean everything behind them. I contacted the customer service line afterwards and sent them photos. They offered to send the house keepers back but I told them not to since I had already cleaned after them, plus I didn’t feel comfortable telling someone how to do their job so they offered me a $ 25 credit. Like I previously stated, they are surface cleaners. They clean around things. I wouldn’t use them again.

TERRBLE EXPERIENCE! From beginning to end! Dishonest (yes I said dishonest!) rate quoting! Shifty phone information… spoke to a moiree, a Marie, a Martha. someone else who never identified themselves. She was very RUDE… with more incorrect information. .I also was told of «Adam» the manager who never called back… Rarely can I say «I was had». Can’t believe this mess (of a cleaning sham) is in business. Avoid like the plague.

Three men share the house and it was filthy when I visited so I decided to call the cleaning service to help these guys out. Quite Disappointed with the service you get with the price.
The cleaners came 40 minutes late.
Although their attitudes were great, the service definitely was not worth it.
The following are the problems I had with the service:
1.) Threw away lots of bathroom items although they were not empty.
2.) Kitchen surface is full of streaks.
3.) They dropped part of my metal garlic crusher into the sink and is now unusable.
4.) Most dishes and pots were not washed well and I am now spending the day cleaning the dishes again.
5.) Did not dust surfaces in my living room.
6.) I have streaks on my kitchen and bathroom floors from the Swiffer that they used.
7.) Did not clean my kitchen bar top.
8.) Streaks on my bathroom mirrors
9.) Microwave has streaks on it too.

everything was great!

My roommates and I have been trying several maid services. And now I think we have found one we can keep coming back too. After a couple cleanings, upkeep has been consistent. They have shown up on time and cleaned our floors, kitchen, and bathrooms really well. In comparison to the other services we tried, upkeep may have cost a little bit more, but they cleaned everything thoroughly — worth the value so far.

We were referred to upkeep by a friend when we needed a deep cleaning after our place got remodeled (our contractors didn’t do a good job cleaning after themselves! But that’s another story) And I got to say their people are super hard working. They did a 8 hour job! No joke! And they even offered that we only pay for 5! Because they underestimated how long it took. (but of course we compensated for a better tip). Definitely cleaning service we will use again!

I used Upkeep for the first time. I was very satisfied with the way my place looked after the cleaning.
Quality:
The maids took their time and cleaned every corner of each room. My granite in the kitchen and bathrooms had a glistening-​type finish to them. All my furniture was dusted off, including the cabinets and I noticed they even dusted off the ceilings in certain areas! They were also able to remove residue that I thought was permanent on my tile floor in the living room.
Affordability:
I’m not sure if the prices will always be this cheap, but I was very satisfied with the number of hours spent and the price they charged. Because of how affordable it is, I changed my frequency from monthly with previous maids to bi-​monthly with Upkeep.
Professionalism:
The maids spoke perfect english and were very professional throughout the cleaning. They asked for my preference of where they should begin the cleaning based on where I needed to be in my house. They were on time.
Convenience:
The website is easy, interactive and supports the changing technology landscape by allowing me to do everything online. I also get reminders about my appointments and don’t have to worry about having enough cash to pay the maids, as everything is done online. I wasn’t even charged until after the cleaning was done.
