Tustin Nails Spa

So disappointed. If this is the new management I’ll be finding a new nail place. Waited 40 minutes for a pedicure and was basically ignored the entire 40 minutes. Me and the 5 other women waiting. Left and will find another nail salon.

Took my mom here to get her nail done. The place is huge and really nice. Everyone were really friendly and outgoing. My mom said that it was one of the best service she ever had. She got full set of gel and they were gorgeous. I would recommend this place!

Always seems to be packed on weekends. So I go on weekends. Great service.

I’ve been going here for quite a few years, but under the new ownership it is failing. My basic pedicure was the fastest I have ever received, and lacked a base and top coat. When I inquired, she said, «I did it.»
I won’t be back!

First I will say everyone in there is very sweet and kind and the place very clean too. My daughter and I where in to get pedis and sat next to each other. Both the workers talked non stop to each other in Vietnamise and one kept grabbing her cell phone and checking it while we we’re getting our extra massage for $ 10 more, which took away from the massage. Then while during the massage, the girls while talking away with each other and laughing and while making points in their convo, they would stop and use hand gestures, laugh, or just stop while their hands were just resting on our legs so they could take in what the other was saying. And to top it off one girl during our extra massage, cleaned out the tub!!! Lol my daughter and I were just looking at each other going «what the heck»
So that is my two cents worth. At least at Victoria’s if the girls are carrying on in a conversation in Vietnamise with each other or using their phone, your nails are free.

RUDE RUDE RUDE! The girl with the PURPLE hair is EXTREMELY unprofessional and RUDE!
I will never come back here because of how rude she was when I was being indecisive about what I wanted to get that day.
Yes I was being annoyingly indecisive about whether to get just gel or a full set but I can’t believe how rude she was. She rolled her eyes at me and said, «You’re changing your mind AGAIN?»
My friend and I walked out.
There are so many nail places that would love our business but this place won’t get it ever again.

Christine is my absolute favorite manicurist. When I leave I’m always happy and come back to her.

I had to wait 30 minutes for someone to see me. They took 3 other ladies before me because they were doing both pedicures and manicures but because I was just getting a fill, I had to wait. Clearly their system is unfair. I definitely will not be returning to this nail salon.

First time visit. Made a 10 am appointment. got here ten minutes early. Waited 1 hour before they took me. Pedicure was okay. Worst eyebrow waxing experience ever. Rushed through my eyebrows with was painful, got wax in my hair, and left my eyebrows uneven. Pretty sure this lady was unqualified to wax. And when I asked her to fix it she just told me it was fine. WILL NOT BE RETURNING.

This is my favorite nail salon ever! It is always clean and the technicians are polite and skilled. They also offer threading now.

My new go to nail shop! The nail salon is big and spacious, I don’t think I’ve ever been to one this fancy… took my nieces here to get their nails done for their birthdays and the ladies gave them free nail designs — super sweet! I’m pretty picky about my nails and the cleanliness of the salon, I noticed all the tools that were used were placed for sterilization and they got new ones for every client.
I forget the name of the woman who did my wax, but I didn’t feel a thing! She was so quick and friendly, and the wax was virtually painless. I also like how they use organix wax.
I came back a week after my mani to get a pedicure with my husband who I dragged along to get a much needed mani/​pedi. The workers even remembered me when I came back which was pretty cool. The women who worked with my bf were very sweet and he totally loved it. We got the lounge mani/​pedi. He and I have never had softer hands and feet! This is going to be my new nail salon and we both plan on coming back at least twice a month!

With the surplus of nail salon’s in Orange County I’d still say this place has to be my favorite!
I’m super picky how I like my nails… and they’re very accommodating. This is a family owned business so I can really tell that they care about maintaining lasting, quality relationships by keeping their customer’s happy! I love to get gel manicures and pedicures.
Would definitely recommend this place to all my fellow Unilocaleeeee’s!

Most hygienic nail salon in terms of facilities and practices that I’ve ever been to. Nails always come out great. Highly recommend Kim and/​or Ashley but everyone is great.

Love Tustin Nail Spa! Been coming here for the past 15 years! My mom started me off young! Always a relaxing and happy time. The gals are so friendly and always give their best. Judy is my go to gal and she always does a terrific job!

I have been coming to Tustin Nail Spa for years. It is very clean, recent ally remodeled and very nice inside. When I have time to make an appointment, my go tos are Cindy and Lynn. They are both great and I always have a 5-​star experience with them. Everyone else is very friendly and good as well, but they are the best in my opinion.

My mom and I have been coming here for years, but this is the first time we enjoyed it.
Matthew and Kathy did our pedicures, and they were amazing, personable and made it an overall great job.
I took off one star because my mom got an eyebrow wax for the first time and has been experiencing redness and burning for the past 2 days. She also has sensitive skin, so this may be a normal reaction.
Otherwise, pedicures were great! Definitely recommend Matthew!

I’ve gotten my eyebrows done here a few times and it was fine every time.
But today, I got NANCY, and she waxed off so much off ONE of my eyebrow. So now one is super thin and barely an eyebrow and the other is normal.

Seemed like a nice place, but I had horrible service.
Waited to be seated 10 min… No big deal. got seated and waited 10 more minutes to get started with my gel manicure and pedicure. The front desk girl put foil to r move gel on 2 nails and never came back. Then one of the girls came over and started my pedicure. Finally someone else came to start my job manicure and I let her know I needed to leave in 20 minutes… Not enough time to do my gel. Since 2 of my 10 fingers had gel removed… I had her take all of my gel off. Then they charged me $ 5 to remove the gel and icing on the cake… It was raining and I had plans and they were out of sandals… Awesome.
Never going back

Today was a very sad day…
My manicurist is Kathy was fired! What?!
She is an amazingly talented, sweet, courteous, efficient person. I ONLY get my nails done by her. And today when I all to make my appointment I am told that she no longer works at Tustin Nail Spa! That she had been fired. I asked why and the woman on the phone continued to ask do you want appointment or not. «Hell no I don’t». Not if Kathy is not there. Specially with all the weird stuff going on at the shop.
My sister, mom, aunt, cousins, grandma, friends, co-​workers and I will never return to this salon. We hope to find where Kathy is working next so we can follow her where ever she goes. Yes. She is the only reason why we continued to go to Tustin Nail Spa. Things have changed. They must be under new ownership and they are letting go of all the amazing staff that have been working there for years.

My family and I have been coming to Tustin Nail Spa ever since they opened! I have to agree with some other customers that it can be hit or miss but I usually always have a good experience. It helps if you find a lady you like and request her every time!
We ALWAYS make appointments so we never have to wait that long, I wouldn’t recommend going without one. The quality of work is consistently good. My nails always look great and the price isn’t too expensive.
I would recommend if you want a good a good mani pedi and won’t get too bent out of shape if they are a little rude or make you wait longer than 5 minutes.
