Hugh came through for us big time! We’ve been renting and living in the same condo for 5+ years, and our landlord informed us that she wanted to sell the property. She put the property up for listing, and it sold in one day! As many of you know, if the property is in escrow, then a 30 day notice to vacate can be given. The wife and I were shocked.
Hugh stepped in, got us pre-​approved within a couple of days. We didn’t have an agent so I asked Hugh if he’d mind being both agent/​broker for us. Hugh was aggressive, took time out of his days to show us multiple properties, worked late nights and even worked during his short family vacation to help us in our tough situation.
Eventually Hugh took us to a home we really liked, and the seller agreed with our offer! I could tell that the mortgage process was truly Hugh’s bread and butter, because this guy was a MACHINE once escrow opened. Not only that, every single step was explained to me. Let me elaborate — every single document, every cent, and every question was addressed. We did multiple shared desktop sessions, and he even played financial advisor for us and suggested which credit cards we needed to pay off to get us to the exact credit score we needed to get the best interest rates.
Long story short, we got our 30 day notice on ⁸⁄₃₀. It is now 9/​23, and as of tomorrow we’ll officially be first time homeowners! Guys — you can’t go wrong with Hugh and his team. I will definitely refer my family and friends to him. A+ will do business with again.
