Jeremy fix my iPhone today that had chunk of the screen missing and even switch the color cause I asked him too phone look and works amazingly and this is the second phone he’s repaired for me the first one was about two year ago and had it till I upgraded a few month ago and never had a problem this man is amazing and very polite will never fix my phone anywhere else

Completely shattered my iPhone 5 screen this morning in my school’s parking lot. Searched frantically for a good iPhone screen fix, and wow I am happy I came across this one.
I walked in at 11:30 AM and was told to come back in 1 hour. I came back within 45 minutes and my phone was done and waiting for me.
What originally had tons of spiderweb cracks now looks like a brand new phone.
A bit pricey, but worth it to not have glass in your fingers throughout the day.
Overall, I’m happy.

I got to the store around 4:40 and Jeremy finished replacing my broken iphone 5 screen within 15 minutes. He was really friendly and patient with all my questions and did a great job with my phone. Thank you!

Took my tablet in for a repair, they did a wonderful job I am highly satisfied the price was great my tablet looks great totally recommend this place they are awsome!!!

I don’t think I could recommend this place enough. I had a problem with my Iphone 5 and talked to Jeremy about it. He told me to drop it off and it would be done in an hour. When i picked it up it was working fine for a while but then it messed up again and I took it back to him and he gave me a full refund and refused to take any money for his time. He told me to bring it back later so he can have more time with it and see what the problem is. So after I did that he told me the phone was pretty much a goner and he tried switching out parts and so forth. all in all he probably spent around 4 hours of his time trying to fix it for absolutely no charge. I felt bad and bought them jamba juice.
Even though they did not fix my phone, I found the customer service that Jeremy and his awesome workers provided me to be top notch. They informed me about the process and were very willing to help and answer my questions. If my screen was broken or I had any kind of problem with my I-​Devices, I definitely come back here. You have nothing to lose, if they can’t fix it, you don’t pay.

Came in to the shop (like others have reported, it’s in a 1 hour photo location to the left of Fresh & Easy) after breaking my iPhone 5s screen to what I thought was unrepairable. Explained to Jeremy that I have had AJ work on my dad’s phone before and also that AJ had quoted me a price to fix my screen. Not only did he honor the price I was quoted, but he also knocked off a few bucks on top of that, and threw in a screen protecter also.
I was quoted an hour but knew that he’s be done with it a lot sooner. Decided to have lunch at BJ’s down the street at the Outlets at Orange and by the time I was back my phone was done and looked brand new again.
Jeremy does awesome work and I will continue using him and AJ for my iDevice repairs.

Affordable and great customer service! Changed the LCD on my iPhone for $ 65 they gave me a free screen protector. Took it in, went to Starbucks for about 30 minutes, came back, and it was fixed!

Stood here for 30 mins.
Saw him take off my cracked iPhone 5 screen and replace it.

The battery in my iPhone 5 was dying and needed to be replaced. I chose this place based on the good Unilocal reviews. iCracked Professional iPhone, iPod and iPad Repair is the parent company of this place or something. AJ told me the companies were related somehow but I forgot exactly how. I had some trouble finding the place at first, but it’s in the same plaza as Fresh & Easy inside the 1 Hour Photo store.
Anyways, I called and asked about getting my battery replaced and AJ said I could drop by any time and they could have it done in 15 minutes or so. No one picked up when I called before going in, but I dropped by anyways. When I got to the store, Jeremy, who does the actual repairs, said that they were out of iPhone 5 batteries and they should be in in a week so I went home. An hour later AJ returned my call and when I told him what had happened, he said that I could go back to the store that day and Jeremy could take the battery out of an iPhone 5 they had lying around so I could get my phone repaired that day. I did that and left 20 minutes after going in with a new battery. However, my phone started turning off randomly right after the replacement and would say that there wasn’t enough battery to turn on even though it had a sufficient charge. I called Jeremy that night and explained what happened and he told me to go into the store the next day so he could take a look at it. I went in the next day and he promptly refunded me and switched in original battery back in since the replacement battery was faulty. Unfortunately that wasn’t the end of it because after that, my earpiece wasn’t working correctly and calls were muffled. I called Jeremy again and explained the problem and he told me to come in so he could look at it again even though he didn’t have any idea what the issue could be. So I went back again the next day he dropped off my phone for him to look at. I came back an hour later and he explained that a loose screw had crushed the earpiece when he was fixing it the second time. He was very apologetic and replaced the earpiece free of charge.
Even though this wasn’t the smoothest transaction, I am giving this place 5 stars because of how they handled this situation. The first incident wasn’t Jeremy’s fault because he was just doing what AJ suggested and he promptly remedied the second issue. I think Jeremy does the actual repairs while AJ does scheduling and sales so there might be some miscommunication between them sometimes, but both men are very pleasant and willing to work with you. Even though I went to the store 4 times and still don’t have a new battery, I will be sure to come back to the store when they do get new batteries in stock because of their superb customer service. I will update my review if I ever get a new and functioning battery… at this rate it might take 10 more visits!
TL;DR: Great company with fair prices and stands by their product. Get your devices replaced here with the peace of mind that they will help you through any issues that may arise.

Took in my iPhone 5 to replace my shattered screen. Great price fast service and Jeremy even threw in a free screen cover. Done in less than 30 minutes.

I dropped my iPhone 5C and cracked the screen into pieces. I originally contacted AJ from iCrack and spoke with him about the pricing and how long it would take for the screen to come in. He quoted me $ 240 (which is the lowest price I was quoted for the iPhone 5c). I came in to make a $ 100 deposit for the screen to be delivered and Jeremy helped me with everything. (Jeremy and AJ are apparently business partners but own their own company within the same shop lol). Jeremy was very kind and understanding and switched out my screen in 15 minutes! He is amazing and I highly recommend him :)

Had a faulty power button on a Verizon iPhone4.
Was able to see him same day. Within an hour!

I dropped my iPhone on a concrete sidewalk this afternoon and finally managed to crack the screen. The corner had a ton of spiderweb cracks, and I was worried that I would end up with glass in my ear if I used it like that.
Went to the Apple store, where they told me they could only replace the entire phone for $ 199 plus tax. Something about the hardware kept them from just fixing the screen.
Took the phone to Jeremy immediately after leaving the Apple store. He fixed the screen for $ 55 ($ 5 off if you check in on Unilocal). The screen is now good as new, and it took less than an hour.
HIGHLY recommend!

Called Jeremy due to the LCD on my Samsung Note 2 needed to be replaced. Jeremy ordered the part and fixed my phone within 20 minutes after dropping it off. Thats fast! This guy is good and I will definitely give him my business in the future.

I hated using my iPhone because so much of it just didn’t function anymore. The mic was shot, the back was cracked and shattered and the frame was jutting out of the phone. I couldn’t even use earphones/​auxiliary cords. Then finally the front screen shattered.
I needed my phone so I desperately looked up iPhone repairers near by and Jeremy hooked it up way fat for me. At first it was just the front screen for $ 60, but then I took my case off and showed him the extent of the damage my phone had suffered. He said the frame would be another $ 40, but he would fix the back for free. On top of that, he threw in a case too.
My phone is good as new. The mic works again and I can finally use earphones (no more shitty gym music) again.
I have a tendency to break things when I’m heated, so I might just break my phone again and take it back. But I think I learned my lesson the first time. :p

I highly recommend this place to fix ur baby. First i so stupid to bought an Iphone 4 that had unfix-​able, but i didn’t know about it. SO i brought it to Jeremy, and he checked my phone but he didn’t charge me anything. by the way people, If you have broken iphone, ipod, ipad, or smartphone just bring it to Jeremy cuz he will take care it like his baby ^^.

I got my phone wet it wasn’t a total lose but the volume buttons were not functioning. I have an HTC (so he does more than just IPhones) dude pulled it apart cleaned off some corrosion and sent me on my way a happy camper!
