Screwed up my order, asked for 2 fish tacos combination, got only 2 fish tacos. Had to return to get the order right. Been here 3 times now and like the fish tacos. But it was the misunderstanding of the order that caused this rant.

Comida mexicana auténtica y deliciosa. El servício es muy amable y rápido. Mis favoritos son tacos con carne asada y la quesadilla, dorada, y los nachos con carne asada. Tambien me gusta las tortas. La salsa roja es picante! Gringos — delicious and authentic Mexican food. Friendly and fast service. My favorites are crispy carne asada tacos and the quesadilla, well done. Try the nachos with carne asada, too. I also like the tortas — just the right amount of everything. The red salsa is a perfect balance of spicy and savory. Plenty of parking. Don’t let the outside fool you — this is a great, clean and safe hole-in-the-wall place with something for everyone. The carne asada here is tender, flavorful, and goes with everything. Plenty of parking and fast friendly service in English or Spanish.

Very authentic! The food is delicious, and very inexpensive. Really good deal. The marinated meats are top notch, and the nachos are really really good. It can get super hot in here because no a/c, but the staff makes up for it in a good attitude and friendly service. There are lots of hole-in-the-wall taco joints lining Chapman Ave, and this one is definitely worth a stop!

This places needs another honest review. Went here on a limb while in the area. It had a good review, so we thought why not try it since the reviewer stated they had all the MEATS and each TACO was $.95! Plus we like trying out new hole in the wall taco places… We are in So Cal aren’t we??! Hubs goes in to order. Asks about the 95 cent tacos and the lady says they ran out and have only«big ones» that are $ 1.95(way expensive for a taco around here!!!) He orders: Cabeza, Asada, & Al Pastor(Check my pics) All were MEDIOCRE… Flavorless. They did not have a salsa bar either. They included cilantro/onion and a bag of LEMONS! Yeah, lemons… Don’t know about you, but I like LIMES with my tacos! Lemons!!! meh! No thanks, on to the next taco shop!

Seeing as this was my first«first» on Unilocal,I felt compelled to come back and take another run at it so I could justify writing a second. Since this is a Taqueria, I decided to go with all tacos this time. The are small tacos, but at only $ 0.95 each they are reasonably priced. I ordered six, two each of Al Pastor, Cabeza, and Carnitas. I would pass on the Pastor, the carnitas was pretty good, and I really liked the Cabeza. Both of those are worth ordering again. I ordered my tacos to go, and they were packed into a nice container with some cooked onions and spicy peppers, a nice little lunch for $ 6. The Horchata is good too, and as far as little hole-in-the-wall taquerias go, they have a nice dining room if you are inclined to eat in.
