OMG! was craving some sopes! So I Unilocal sopes around here in Orange and we found this little spot! my mom order a chicharron quesadilla, it was huge corn freshly made quesadilla and delicious! I order a carne Asada huarache and it was beyond delicious! I like that the masa wasn’t thick it was thin and crispy and all the ingredients made it just what I want it :) would most likely go back! Very good place! Great service :)

I love this place and go all the time for carne asada burritos and tacos. It’s quick, fresh, delicious, cheap and everything you could want in a taco shop. The red salsa is pretty hot, but that’s how I like it. They also sell tamales and mole(on certain days).

Carne Asada torta is a must. My daughter had a al pastor burrito — meat was not that great. Very clean place. Customer service could be better

This is my third time coming here and I have to rage about it because its so good! When u come in, it might look like no one is behind the counter, but just simply ring the bell and a nice gentleman will come and take your order. Now, every time, I come with the intention of trying their famous«Cemitas», but somehow I order their torta de milanesa and two tacos de carne asada(yes im a pig). Their tacos are by far better than taqueria de anda. Their tortilla is lighty tapped with oil and heated to perfection. Add carne asada and their delicious and spicy red salsa and those tacos are delicious! Their torta is nothing out of the ordinary: milanesa, avocado, tomato, beans and lettuce; however, their bread is heated to a soft touch, the milanesa is lighty breaded and no fat on the meat, and all the produce are fresh; which makes this combination taste like a «homemade» torta! Come, give it a try, and you’ll leave with at least a satisfied tummy.

I found this place by chance and noticed that they sold Cemitas– which is a type of torts traditionally from Puebla. The Cemitas are just like I remember them from Puebla. Unfortunately they didn’t have papalo since it’s not in season but other than that– AMAZING! I also had a green Chilli chicken tamales in banana leaf. The Horchata is also really great. I recommend this place if you’re ever feeling homesick– good homey food!

Authentic and delicious. REAL al pastor, not just marinaded pork. Recommended to quench mexican food cravings.

Favorite taco establishment, bar-none. Carne asada is second to none in the county and I’ll put money on that. And I’m not talking the ritzy Kobe beef taco establishments. One guy behind the counter, fresh and tasty carne and one helluva red sauce that’ll get you sweating while you eat. Delicious and I’m glad it’s in Orange.

Cemitas poblana was the best I’ve had! The place is really old and needs a lot of improvement… but the food I rate it a 5:) I would recommend this place to others and also to try the cemitas. It was full of flavor and great portion :)

The only thing we have ordered here are Carne asada burritos so that’s all I can really rate on food wise. We like how the meat is cut up small and they make them fat. It has meat, rice and beans. Though its good its not bomb, ya know! It’s hard finding a good lil Mexican spot in Orange. The place is small and usually only has two people working. It can take a long time to get food once ordered. We have waited 15 minutes to get burritos and maybe one person ahead of us. Once we called over the phone to avoid waiting and they messed up one burrito by adding cilantro which we did not want. They don’t have the jalapeño veggies to give out and there sauce is not all that homemade. I don’t see myself ordering anything else but the burritos!

Had the asada burrito, very bland, the asada was cut into tiny little pieces. Worst part was the thin tortilla they used, the whole thing started falling apart and I ended up using a fork to finish it. The guy seemed bothered by me asking for salsa. First and last time here. I thought to myself«why didn’t I just go to subway» yeah that’s how bad it was.

I’m not sure about the other dishes but the torta de milanese extra spicy with the side of red sauce is incredible. Reminds me of the roach coach I used to order this from years ago. I’ve never found one as good until tonight. I’ll be returning for sure. Warning: I love spicy foods and this was up there but in the best possible way.

I love this place and their carne asada tacos. Their red sauce is my favorite! The staff is pretty friendly. But I’d have to say for what’s in the area their food is pretty good. I’m coming from A. Hills n have yet to find a mom n pop taco spot like this.

Tried out the carne asada torta and wasn’t impressed by the tini cut on the asada and the overall taste of the torta. Also the place was empty and half of the tables needed cleaning.

So, I was in the mood for some Mexican food. I read a couple of reviews and thought eeeh why not I’ll give it a try. Well, i found out exactly why NOT to ever go there again!!! I ordered over the phone and was there within minutes. Not only did the cashier look at me like«what is this lady doing here, «my order was incorrect and the food was extremely greasy and I should’ve seen the red flags when I walked in and was the ONLYONE there DURINGLUNCHTIME… sorry taqueria la poblana NEVERAGAIN!!!

Horrible experience, not only would they not honor a certificate, but they screwed up my order. Food was extremely greasy… Nobody was in the restaurant at the time during the lunch hour so I should have known it was no good. Also, they were completely out of soda.

Saw this place while walking thru to BevMo, and have never seen this spot in my life! Decided to walk in and give it a try. I ordered a chicken taco and a carne asada taco. They came out piping hot. they looked great but i could not tell which one was chicken and which one was carne asada. This place smothered its meat in some type of red sauce. First red flag, i was very leery of the one that was chicken. I took a pass. From what i could tell of the carne asada it was soft but had no flavor of its own. This place was very clean. i will stick to my taqueria two guys there is no other that comes close.

Have driven by here a million times and finally decided to try it out. Ordered a sope that had beans cheese and a hot green salsa. Sope was larger but flatter than normal and I liked it. I think it was $ 2.50. I wanted to take the salsa here home.

So I randomly came across this handy dandy lil taqueria as I was roaming around at lunch yet again… Was really in the mood for a chorizo taco but they dont have them here… Instead I ended up with Pollo, Carne Asada, and Al Pastor. Its a nice little storefront with inside and outside eating. A lot of Latino patrons were present both sitting and entering/exiting… The Pollo was so so… The Al Pastor was kinda tasty and the Asada was very tasty. I can definitely see coming back here again for lunch sometime. The taco’s were $ 1.25 ea. They have a bunch of other stuff on the menu, but you know me I am here for the tacos! The red sauce was a bit creamy and pretty tasty. It wasnt that spicy but had a nice subtle lil after kick. very enjoyable. This place was not the best taco joint that I have been to but it definitely was better than many others. Passing grades to the Al pastor and Carne Asada… the Pollo was not passing IMHO. I may end up back here, but with so many options nearby and some absolutely great, this place may not get a second chance…

Fun little lunch stop. Their«Special» sandwich is called a Cemita… which is basically a torta with a delicious roasted green chili pepper added to the sandwich. I stop in from time to time, and all their offerings are very reasonably priced. Most burritos are $ 5.50 and are generously stuffed with meats /veggies. Do note though, that if you are not good with spicy food, ask for the salsa on the side. Even their MILDEST of salsa’s(the green stuff) will have you breathing fire and popping Tums. Even if the very NICE dude at the counter says, «oh! it’s bery mild…» ITS A TRAP! Took me 3 Horchata’s to put the fire out the first time. It’s kind of a dive, but the food is decent. And that Cemita is very tasty!
